摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust a projecting area of a grinding/polishing/cleaning material automatically corresponding to longitudinal size of a work by adjusting control gate rotation angle of a centrifugal projecting device by a drive means according to the longitudinal size of the work. SOLUTION: A detecting means 7 becomes in actuation condition when a work 3 stops and a work longitudinal direction size detection signal is fed to a converting means 8. The converting means 8 converts the detection signal from the detecting means 7 into a signal for directing a control gage rotation angle for the centrifugal projecting device 4c. Then, a drive means 5 adjusts the control gage rotation angle for the centrifugal projecting device 4c by the signal for directing the control gage rotation angle. A projecting position of a projecting material of the centrifugal projecting device 4c is changed by this drive means 5.

Oil pressure based on the measured weight of the work W is then supplied to an oil pressure cylinder of the clamp device 14, and the respective holding members 27, 28 are closed to hold the work W. While the work W is rotated after that, a centrifugal projection device 37 is driven to apply blasting to the work W.

摘要： PURPOSE:To transport-recover even a metallic shot or grit easily by letting spent projection material flow in close to the circumferential surface, a strong suction-ascending current part, from the whole periphery of a shot recovery pipe so as to be carried upward by the ascending current. CONSTITUTION:A projected shot hits a workpiece to repeat reflection, then stalls to fall onto a shoot 8, and rolls or slides along the inclined bottom face of the shoot 8 to be led into a casing 7. The shot led into the casing 7 is accumulated in the casing 7 until reaching the angle of repose, and the shot led in thereafter flows down almost evenly from numerous small holes 6, 6 provided across the whole periphery of a vertical part 5A. In the vertical part 5A of a shot recovery pipe 5, however, air receives the action of an air aspirator 9 so as to ascend in the sucked state and that becomes a stronger ascending current at the part closer to the inner wall surface of the shot recovery pipe 5. The shot is thereby carried together with this strong ascending current and transported upward.
