    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recover processing liquid, and the like, efficiently by sealing any one of the interval between the long matter inlet of a processing chamber and a long matter or the interval between the long matter outlet and the long matter hermetically. SOLUTION: When the surface of a long sheet 1 is cleaned, for example, the long sheet 1 is passed through a processing chamber 3 from the sheet inlet 6 to the sheet outlet thereof and liquid is fed from a die head 4 to the surface of the long sheet 1. The liquid seals the sheet inlet 6 and the sheet outlet of the processing chamber 3 hermetically. Surface of the long sheet 1 moving through the processing chamber 3 is cleaned under that state. Since the sheet inlet 6 and the sheet outlet of the processing chamber 3 is sealed hermetically with the liquid 7 when the surface of the long sheet 1 is processed, atmosphere in the processing chamber 3 can be prevented from leaking through the sheet inlet 6 or the sheet outlet and outer air is prevented from intruding into the processing chamber 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the manufacturing method of a reversible heat sensitive recording material provided with a reversible heat sensitive recording layer, having a structure wherein organic low molecular substance is dispersed in a resin matrix and organic low molecular substance domains are formed in the matrix while capable of repeating reversibly a transparent condition and a non-transparent condition by a temperature history. SOLUTION: A reversible heat sensitive recording material is manufactured by a method wherein two kinds or more of organic low molecular substances 2 are contained in resin solution and one kind of the same substances 2 or reversible heat sensitive recording layer liquid, in which solid state organic low molecular substance of low soluble into solvent is dispersed, is applied on a substrate while the solid-state organic low molecular substance 2 is resolved into the solvent once and the reversible heat sensitive recording layer, having phase separating structure, is formed after the solution is dried. In this case, another one kind of organic low molecular substance 2, employed by combining with the organic low molecular substance 2 dispersed with the solid state, lowers the melting heat peak temperature of the organic low molecular substance 2 dispersed with the solid state.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a sufficient heating effect without spending the time for heating down to the central part of winding by forming a winding body provided with spacings without the insertion of spaces between the webs of respective turns and subjecting the formed winding body to a heat treatment. SOLUTION: At the time of winding the long-sized web 3 on a core 1, the winding speed of the long-sized web 3 by the core 1 is made smaller than the supply rate of the long-sized web 3 to the core 1, by which the winding body is formed. For example, the long-sized web 3 may be formed by winding the long-sized web 3 on the core 1 at a speed smaller than the leading out speed of the long-sized web 3 from the tail of the coating and predrying stage of the long-sized web 3. The winding body provided with such spacings 2 is then heat treated. The rolled object free of the spacings 2 may be obtd. by rewinding at the time of product inspection after the heat treatment or winding up to the disappearance of the spacings 2 while applying tension to the terminal of the long-sized web 3, etc.
