Then, the layer 15 is not particularly limited if the layer 15 has no absorption in an infrared region, and it is preferable that a resin of a crosslinked state is a main component. In the case of crosslinking by using an ultraviolet ray, a photopolymerization initiator and a photopolymerization accelerator are used. Further, as a light source when the ultraviolet ray is emitted, a mercury lamp or the like is used.
