摘要： PURPOSE:To realize the downsizing of a device by arranging both a bolt and nut clasping member and a linear shape and nut cartridge being opposed to a bolt and nut support arm in a bolt and nut fastening device to construct structures. CONSTITUTION:In a bolt and nut fastening device, a support plate 8, a frame 4, a bolt clasping member 2, a nut clasping member 3, a supply side frame 15, a bolt support arm 12, a nut support arm 13 and a bolt and nut cartridge 11 are provided. Accordingly, in addition to rotating the support arms 12 and 13 with a guide axis 14 as the center, the tip sections of each arm 12 and 13 are set to be opposed to both a bolt 26 and a nut 27 in the cartridge 11 by moving each arm 12 and 13 vertically. Next, the arms 12 and 13 are moved forward along the axis 14 to take out the bolt 26 and the nut 27 from the cartridge 11 by absorbing them with electromagnets in the tip sections of the arms 12 and 13. After that, the tip sections are opposed to the clasping members 2 and 3 so that the bolt 26 and the nut 27 can be pressed into them by rotating the arms 12 and 13 downward.

It is possible therefore to drive and control both segment holding devices alternately, and time needed for construction of covering segments becomes nearly about half as compared to customary one. Namely, construction period for tunnel construction by a shield tunnel excavator can be greatly shortened.

Each of the faces 15a and 15b has bits 18a and 18b and both sides are shaped into a recessed circular arc form and widened toward the tip. The cutter faces 15a and 15b are set in two front and back stages with a mutually crossed arrangement, and the opening rate of them is greatly reduced. The holding property or sheathing performance of the facing can thus be enhanced.

A construction space S for a new segment 81 is obtained in front of the segment 8, the segment 81 is assembled. The segment is concurrently assembled during drilling, efficiency can be improved.
