    • PURPOSE:To prevent a secondary coil from rotating in its circumferential direction by providing a rotation preventive device between an inner peripheral wall of the secondary coil and an outer peripheral wall of a cylindrical portion of a mounting frame thereof. CONSTITUTION:A thermoset resin 12 of a rotation preventive device is made to adhere to the side of an inner peripheral wall of a secondary coil 7 so as to be rolled when an outer peripheral insulator 11 is taped to the secondary coil 7. Next, the secondary coil 7 is made to insert freely in a cylindrical portion 3 in such a manner that the thermoset resin 12 opposes projections 13 and a rod-like body 14 is inserted between a pair of projections 13. In this time, the rod-like body 14 is pressed into the thermoset resin 12 while distorting the resin 12. Accordingly, if the rod-like body 14 has a wedge-like shape, it is convenient to press it into the thermoset resin. After inserting and pressing the rod-like body 14, a snap-in plate 8 is pressed down to the side of a flange 5 with a clamping bolt 9 and nut 10 and the secondary coil 7 is sandwiched between the snap-in plate 8 and the flange 5. Finally, the thermoset resin 12 is heated for hardening, thereby fastening the secondary coil 7 to the cylindrical portion 3. Since the thermoset resin 12 is made to adhere to the side of the secondary coil 7, it serves to protect the coil 7 when the rod-like body 14 is pressed into between the cylindrical portion 3 and the secondary coil 7.

    • PURPOSE:To improve the thermal impact resistance of a molded electric equipment by burying a reinforcing member having the prescribed length in an insulating layer thicker than other insulating layer, thereby preventing the isolation of the equipment from a boundary. CONSTITUTION:An electric equipment 3 composed of a core 1 and a coil 2 is contained in an injection mold 4, a plurality of reinforcing member made of a round rod having the prescribed length and laminated with glass fiber in which resin is, for example, immersed are disposed at the prescribed position in the mold 4, and the equipment is molded with molding resin 6. Large shrinking force is, since the upper and lower parts of the equipment 3 are molded with thick layer of resin, acted by the heating at the time of curing the resin, but is alleviated by the reinforcing members 5. Thus, approximately equial shrinking forces are applied to the respective sections of the equipment, the isolation of the equipment from the boundary can be prevented, and the thermal impact resistance of the equipment can be thus improved.
