    • PURPOSE:To improve the sensitivity and reproducibility of an analytical apparatus of atomic absorption by simple constitution, by heating a disperser scattering a sample mist in an atomizing room. CONSTITUTION:A capillary tube 4 introducing a sample solution is inserted into the rear part of an atomizing room 3 of an atomizer 1 providing a burner 2 atomizing a sample molecule by thermal dissociation at the tip end part and a combustion improver feed pipe 5 for turning the sample solution into a mist and sending into the room 3, is provided around this tube 4. A metallic disperser 6 scattering the sample mist is provided in front of an exit of the tube 4 and this disperser 6 is provided with a heater 7 for heating the disperser 6. A combustible agent feed opening 8 and a drain discharge opening 9 are provided on a wall of the atomizer 1 at the upper and lower positions of the disperser 6. A conventional atomizer is used without greatly reconstructing it because the sample mist is atomized by heating the disperser 6 in the room 3 by the heater 7 and the solvent is vaporized by heating the sample.

    • PURPOSE:To improve adhesion between a filler metal and resin by a method wherein the filler metal used when organic high molecular synthetic resin is injected into a mold is surface-treated in advance by plating a material containing an organic high molecular material. CONSTITUTION:The surface of the filler metal 3 is plated 5 by plating solution where organic high molecular material (hereafter referred to as high molecular grains) 4 is added to create plated layer 5 containing high molecular grains 4 on the surface of the filler metal 3. Then, organic high molecular synthetic resin 1 is injected. Since high molecular grains 4b or 4d is bridged inspite of the existence of oxide coating 2, the adhesion between high molecular grains 4 and injected resin 1 is especially excellent and the adhesion between the filler metal 3 and plating 5 is also strong. Thus, when the surface is treated by the plating solution containing organic high molecular material in the filler metal, adhesion between the organic high molecular resin molded product and the resin can be increased remarkably.
