    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform a stable grooving work on in the width of a groove and the depth of the groove by a method wherein an arbitrary force is added to a cutter by a pressing mechanism using a solenoid and the like and an adjusting spring and an adjusting bolt for an arbitrary time from the time of start of a grooving in addition to the own weight of a cutter head part. SOLUTION: The solenoid and the like of a pressing mechanism 6, which applies a arbitrary force other than the own weight of a cutter head part 19 to a cutter 21, is energized to rotate clockwise a cutter arm 3 on a pivot 18 via a pressing point 15, an adjusting point 14 and an adjusting spring 7, that is, a prescribed force is added to the surface of the cylindrical part of a film resistor 20 and the cutter 21 is pressed to start a grooving. After that, the energization of the solenoid and the like of the mechanism 6 is stopped, the clockwise rotation of the arm 3 is released to reduce the forces, which are applied to the cutter, to only the own weight of the part 29 and a spiral groove is cut in a film on the surface of the cylindrical part 4 of the resistor 20. Thereby, the width of the groove and the depth of the groove can be stably subjected to grooving work.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a thin paint layer of a definite shape by a method wherein a tip nozzle port is formed to be flat and a paint of a definite amount is discharged to the surface of an electronic component directly from the upper part when the electronic component transferred at definite intervals and the nozzle port are crossed. CONSTITUTION:A transfer means 1 transfers many resistance components R at definite intervals; one pair of handdling tapes 3 are transferred horizontally in one direction by using a plurality of carrier rollers 2 which have been arranged so as to be faced in accordance with a length between both lead wires (f). One pair of positioning disks 4 which have been arranged and installed at the inside of the tapes 3 are shaft-supported by using a common horizontal shaft. A paint container 8 is attached in a state that a nozzle 9 is tilted from the bottom toward the oblique lower part; a paint P of a definite amount each is supplied from a tip nozzle port 9a of the nozzle 9. The nozzle port 9a is formed to be flat so as to match a painting shape to the surface of the resistors R. Thereby, a thin paint layer of a definite shape can be formed.

    • PURPOSE:To communicate a message at the prescribed time and to recognize a person located at a remote location by providing a receiver receiving a signal from a transmitter, connecting a directional antenna to a receiver, driving the antenna in every direction, measuring the direction of location of the transmitter and the strength of a radio wave and converting the distance. CONSTITUTION:An antenna 6 is driven by a motor 7 in every direction and the direction directed by the antenna is stored by a control section 9. A radio wave with a prescribed frequency sent by a transmitter is received via the antenna 6 by a receiver 8 and the receiver 8 measured the strength of the radio wave. The distance between the transmitter and the receiver is converted from the strength of the radio wave at the strongest intensity to recognize the distance and the direction of the transmitter is recognized from the direction of the antenna stored by the control section 9 and the result is displayed on a display device 10. Thus, a person carrying the transmitter and visiting to somewhere can listen to the message stored at the routine time and the person carrying the receiver can recognize the location of the opposite party at that time.

CONSTITUTION:Rollers 11, 12 having V-shaped grooves 11a, 12a on the outer peripheries opposed to each other are pressure contacted with each other by elasticity of a spring 13. The outer periphery of the roller 11 is formed of rubber 11b. A coat tube 14 having a flat shape is inserted between the grooves 11a and 12a of the rollers 11, 12 with its length placed along the direction of diameters of the rollers 11, 12, whereby the tube is deformed to have a rectangular cross section when it comes out of the rollers 11, 12, A resistor 3 may be inserted into the coat tube 14 by several steps, namely, the resistor 3 is inserted partially thereinto in the first step and then it is inserted totally in the next step.
