    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform holding of high quality and improvement of productivity by a method wherein high speed automatic rewinding and winding operation is performed by preventing the occurrence of wire strike. SOLUTION: This wire strike preventing structure comprises a guide wall 24 to surround the bearing housing 23 of a drive shaft to effect coaxial rotation of bobbins 14A and 14B and be fixed thereat, a wire end part receiving member 21 to prevent a free winding terminal part from swinging during rotation by receiving the free winding terminal part 15e of a linear substance 15 on full winding bobbin 14A by a guide wall along with cut processing at a point of full winding time; a guide material 26 arranged, in a state to relatively reciprocate to the bobbin 14A, around the bobbin 14A in the same direction as that of a bobbin axis; and a wire end part inducing member 22 to induce a wire draw part corresponding to the free winding end of a linear substance from a full winding position further to the wire end part receiving member side by a guide material right before and right after cut processing.

    • PURPOSE:To enable a connecting under wire, which has necessary and full length, to be secured on the periphery of a chucking wheel by mounting an under wire taking out hook on another portion separated to the mounting portion of a chucking plate for seizing and cutting a linear material from a full winding reel. CONSTITUTION:The portion of a linear material 2 between a chucking plate 27 and sheaves 25 is moved to out side portion opposite to an under wire taking out hook 28, and the traverse sheaves 25 are returned to an original position to lay the portion of the material 2 on the hook 28 and are forwardly moved. Accordingly, the material 2 laid on the hook 28 is certainly engaged to the hook 28, and a winding reel 21b is rotated to a winding direction, and the material 2 from a full winding side to the sheaves 25 is cut by the gap of the cut portion 26a of a hammer 26 at the position of a chucking plate click 27a. Therefore, the material 2 from the starting point of a cut edge at the click 27a to the hook 28 is secured to be full length as an under wire 29, and is wound in condition that the material 2 is exposed from the periphery of the reel 21b.

    • PURPOSE:To simplify the structure of a slide by a method in which two axially symmetric guides are formed on the periphery of a tie rod and a tapered guide shoe is provided to tie rod-sliding hole of a slide platen in the face of the guide faces. CONSTITUTION:Paired flat guide faces 3a are formed in an axially symmetrical and recessed shape on the periphery of a tied rod 3, and paired guide shoes 17 and 18 are provided on portions corresponding to slide holes 5a in a slide 5 in the face of the guide faces 3a.
