摘要： PURPOSE:To reduce man-hours and expenses without needing installation of a press and a robot and exactness of mounting by giving functions of moving back and forth, left and right, up and down, revolving, tilting and reversing to an intermediate stand by a position command and enabling to stop at any state. CONSTITUTION:During press working, formed materials are placed on presses 2, 2 and an intermediate stand 1. When working is completed, arm bars 7, 8 and 7', 8' are moved to the left, and bars 8, 7' attract the formed materials. At this time, formed material clamping plates 45, 46 are stopping in the lower right to allow attraction of the formed materials. Each bar moves to the right by L, and the bar 8 gives the formed materials to the plates 45, 46. During movement of each bar, the plates 45, 46 are moved to the left by S and upward by (h) by a motor of a stand 1 movable to left and right, and up and down and arrive at a position where the formed materials can be received. Next, the plates 45, 46 are moved to the right by S and downward by (h) and rotated by 180 deg. by a motor 40 while each bar returns. Thereafter, above-mentioned motion is repeated.

摘要： PURPOSE:To prevent an air cylinder from rebounding, by forcibly introducing back pressure air to a head side cylinder chamber and rod side cylinder chamber of the air cylinder in the vicinity respectively of backward and forward ends, performing rapid deceleration then throttling a flow amount of air finally stopping the air cylinder. CONSTITUTION:When a piston rod 2 and load 3 are moved backward about to a backward end, a dog 6 actuates a backward moving position detector 8B, in this way, a backward moving back pressure solenoid valve 10A is operated to separate an air connection port 9A at the head side of an air cylinder 1 from a backward moving speed control circuit 11A and stop release of air in a head side cylinder chamber to the atmosphere, simultaneously the air connection port 9A at the head side is connected to a backward moving-back pressure-air feed circuit 15A, and back pressure air is introduced into the head side cylinder chamber from the head side air connection port 9A to perform rapid deceleration. Then air in the head side cylinder chamber is released through a variable throttle 14A2 to stop the load 3.
