    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate retirement by detachably providing respectively skin plates on one surface, and a plurality of vertical ribs for transmitting jack thrusting force between main girders in a steel frame constructed by an each pair of parallel main girders and coupling plates. SOLUTION: The steel frame 15 is formed of fabricating a pair of parallel main girders 16 and coupling plates 17 at right angles, and fixing an intermediate girder 18 in parallel with the main girders 16 between the central parts. Skin plates 19 are fastened to the steel frame 15 by means of latches. The closed end of a thrust force transmitting member 24 is brought in contact with the main girders 16, and the opened end thereof is in contact with the intermediate girder 18, and an open degree of two sheets of vertical ribs 25 is lessened by making the distance between the nuts of connection metals shorter, so that they are anchored by permitting the vertical ribs 25 to bite in the main girders 16 and intermediate girder 18. In the process of achieving connection between single body tunnels, the thrust force transmitting member 24 is dislodged from the inside of the steel frame 15 by pulling out presser plates of the latches, removing the skin plates 19 from the steel frame 15, and spreading an open degree of the vertical ribs 25. In this construction, the thrust force transmitting vertical ribs and skin plates can easily be dislodged from the steel frame 15.

    • PURPOSE:To improve a supporting condition, by forming a holding metal block provided in a segment and a supporting part with the holding body supporting the metal block to be a spherical seat. CONSTITUTION:A straight slit 26 is provided at the top of a cup-shaped holding metal block 20 buried in a segment (S) and a spherical face is formed on the inner face 25b. Next, a friction pad 3 with the same form as the inner face of the segment (S) and freely reciprocal and rotatable jack 4 are provided in the bracket 2 of a holder 1. Next, a holding pin 10 shaped as a spherical face at the shoulder 14 of a flat plate 12 is provided and connected to the jack 4 to cover the outer cylinder 5. And when holding the segment (S), after the flat plate 12 of the pin 10 is inserted in the slit 26 and turned 90 deg. The jack 4 is tightened to fit respective spherical faces and to press the segment (S) on the pad 3 to support them. In this way, even when the held matter is inserted slantwise, it can be automatically self-aligned and also the device is made compact.

    • PURPOSE:To promote execution efficiency by providing an inner plate as an outside form of a cast-in-place lining concrete to the inside of a tail plate of a shield excavator capable of lining with segment to that it is capable of removing. CONSTITUTION:In lining of a straight line section, an inner plate 2 is mounted to the inside of a tail plate 1, an internal form 5 is assembled to the inside of the plate 2, concrete 6 is placed between the plate 2 and form 5, driving reaction force of an excavator is utilized to pressure and dewater the concrete 6, and a gable form 7 is used for a reaction force receiver of a driving jack 4 to excavate. After that, when the plate 2 reaches a branch point of a steep curved line section, the plate 2 is separated, 1 - 2 ring portions of branch segments 8 are assembled to the inside of the plate 2, the segments 8 is used for a reaction force receiver to advance, and then, a normal segment 9 is assembled to the inside of the plate 1 to excavate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lining member which can sufficiently absorb tail clearances on both longitudinal ends of an existing segment, in a width-enlarging type shield excavator.
      SOLUTION: The width-enlarging type shield excavator comprises a main excavator (1) and sub-excavators (2a, 2b) provided on both sides thereof. An axial line of each of the sub-excavators (2a, 2b) is displaced relative to an axial line of the main excavator (1) so that excavation may be conducted while enlarging the width. The lining member (4) used for the width-enlarging type shield excavator comprises a plurality of pieces including at least four corner parts (20a) as in Fig. 4. A bolt fitting hole (20A) for fitting a new segment (20A) to the existing segment (20) of each of the corner parts (20a) is formed to be an arc-like long hole having a center of the segment as the center of the arc-like shape.
