摘要： PURPOSE: To shorten the time to adjust the operation to the target amount of combustion and hereby promote burner adjustment work by setting a trial operation mode with respect to a usual operation mode of the burner and setting, in the case of the trial operation mode, an alteration time interval for altering the amount of combustion to be shorter than the usual operation mode. CONSTITUTION: Fuel supply by a solenoid pump 21 is adapted to be adjusted by on time of a solenoid valve. Fuel supply control of a burner 5 is changed over between a usual operation mode and a trial operation mode. The solenoid valve of the solenoid pump 21 is controlled such that hot air temperature falls within a predetermined range of set temperature based upon the difference of comparison between preset temperature and detected hot air temperature from a hot air temperature sensor. Provided the combustion control is changed over to the trial operation mode upon adjustment of the burner 5, the operation can be changed over for each 5 seconds in the trial operation mode while it is changed over for every 10 seconds in the usual operation mode.

According to this method, the rotation of two sets of motors is controlled by one set of inverter whereby cost is reduced and the efficiency of discharging operation is improved by the high speed rotation of the delivery valve, which is controlled by the motor upon discharging operation.

摘要： PURPOSE:To facilitate switching of a charge hopper by ventilating hot air to a drying chamber while dropping the cereals to the chamber to dry the cereals, and operating an exhauster after a predetermined time is elapsed from the time of starting cereals charging to a dryer. CONSTITUTION:A cereals dryer ventilates hot air generated from a hot air device to a cereals drying chamber 9 while delivering and falling cereals from an upper cereals storage chamber 8 to the lower chamber 9 and dries the cereals by sucking and exhausting dry air by an exhauster 18. The dried cereals are covered through a delivery valve 12 and a cereals collecting trough 14. A charge hopper 23 having a lower part as a rotation starting point is provided at a lateral dryer wall 5, and opened at the time of charging the cereals. In such a dryer, when a charge start switch is pressed, the exhauster 18 which is operated for a predetermined time is operated. Thus, suction of the hopper 23 by the suction force of the exhauster 18 is eliminated to facilitate opening of the hopper 23.
