    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a turbine type flowmeter that can measure the correct flow rate of a fluid by making the rotational speed of an impeller follow the change of flow velocity even when the flow rate of the fluid such as a gas or the like changes. SOLUTION: A rotational speed control means is constituted of an electromagnetic coil 1ab and a magnetized vane 19a set at an inner wall face of a flowmeter main body 11. A flow velocity sensor 18 as a flow rate change detection means is set at the inner wall face of the main body 11. A flow velocity of a gas 20 at a flow path 17 is measured by the flow velocity sensor 18. When a flow rate is detected to decrease, stop or increase, a current corresponding to a change of the flow velocity is fed to the pair of electromagnetic coils 19b with a predetermined timing. At this time, a brake force or rotation-assisting force is applied to an impeller 14 because of an electromagnetic force generated between the conductive electromagnetic coil 19b and magnetized vane 19a to achieve a rotational speed corresponding to the flow rate.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stop drilling immediately before rupture when a material extendable against an external force is drilled by a rotating cutting tool. SOLUTION: A rotating blade 3 uses a square-cut end mill in order to make it difficult for an object to be drilled 11 to be projected from a drill hole end. When a material extendable against the external force is cut, a load current of a motor 5 for feeding varies at a gentle inclination. In a control circuit 9, drilling is made while the load current of the motor 5 for feeding is detected. Then, before the rotating blade 3 is projected from the drill hole end of the object to be drilled 11, a stop instruction is given to the motor for feeding 5 when a load current value corresponding to this case is detected so as to automatic perform a drilling stop control. Whether the rotating blade 3 is already projected or not can be judged by a comparison of a load current of the motor for feeding with a predetermined threshold.
