    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To sufficiently suppress an unrequited signal and to output only the desired carrier wave to a wide band by providing two PLL loops and locking the loops in reference signals which are branched into two by means of phase difference π/2. SOLUTION: A signal source 1-1 generates a signal with a frequency Fr and it is branched by phase difference π/2 through the use of a signal distributor 2 and supplied to phase comparators 3-1 and 3-2. The signal source 1-2 generates the signal with a frequency FL0 and is branched into two by phase difference αthrough the use of a signal distributing means 8 and supplied to multipliers 7-1 and 7-2. The signal with the frequency Fr and the signal with the frequency FL0 are respectively multiplied in multipliers 7-1 and 7-2 to be synthesized by phase difference β through the use of a signal synthesizing means 9. Ns in frequency dividers 6-1 and 6-2 are made to be 2n-1 and also (α, β)=(π/2+mπ, kπ) or (mπ, π/2+kπ), where (k) and (m) are each integer and (n) is a natural number. Thus, image wave at mixing-up is suppressed, and only the desired wave is obtained.

    • PURPOSE: To linearly amplify a digital signal with high efficiency for adjustment of a limited-band phase, etc., by controlling the output level of an amplifier circuit by means of an envelope signal. CONSTITUTION: The modulated wave inputted from an input terminal 9 is inputted to an amplifier means 5 and amplified there after undergoing the adjustment of its phase via a phase adjustment means 3. At the same time, the input modulated wave is also supplied to an envelope signal detection means 2 via the means 1 which detects an envelope signal out of the modulated wave and inputs it to a control voltage generation means 6. The envelope signal inputted to the means 6 is converted into a digital signal by an A/D conversion means 6a, and the output control voltage is generated by a D/A conversion means 6c via a storage means 6b and inputted to the means 5. The output control voltage is applied to a gate G of a gate-grounded FET 5c. Then the distribution of drain bias given from a DC power supply 4 of a grounded-source FET 5b and the FET 5c is changed, and the output of the means 5 is controlled according to the envelope signal. Thus the digital signal can be linearly amplified with high efficiency.

    • PURPOSE: To reduce the number of circuit elements consisting of the frequency converter for simultaneously providing the suppression of local power leak and the suppression of an image frequency signal. CONSTITUTION: This device is provided with a first distributing means 112 for distributing a high frequency signal as the object of frequency conversion with the phase difference of almost γ, power distributor 100 for distributing a local signal with a prescribed phase, amplitude and phase adjusting means 102 for adjusting the amplitude and phase of one of distributed local signals, second distributing means 106 for branching the other one of distributed local signals with the phase difference of almost β, and first and second non-linear elements 108 and 110 for multiplying the respective local signals outputted from the second distributing means 106 and the respective high frequency signals outputted from the first distributing means 112. Then, a power synthesizer 104 is provided to synthesize two outputs from two non-linear elements 108 and 110 with the phase difference of almost δ and to further perform in-phase synthesization to the result with the output of the amplitude and phase adjusting means 102. Among β, γ and δ, specified relation is established according to whether converting the intermediate frequency to a radio frequency or converting the radio frequency to the intermediate frequency.

    • PURPOSE:To gather automatically passing route information of a call by adding the number of each exchange and out-going and incoming line number information to an address signal set to the call to transmit the signal to succeeding stations and transferring them collectively to a passing route information storage device by a terminating exchange. CONSTITUTION:At the time of a preliminarily determined passing route information gathering object call is originated in an originating exchange 1, the originating exchange 1 adds information which indicates gathering of passing route information, the number of the originating exchange,an outgoing line number, and originating and terminating subscriber telephone numbers to the address signal and transmits information 201 to a repeating exchange 2. The repeating exchange 2 generates an address signal to a terminating exchange 2 on a basis of the received address signal and adds the number of the repeating exchange it-self and outgoing and incoming line numbers to the number of the originating exchange and outgoing line number information added to the received address signal and transmits information 202. The terminating exchange 3 adds the number of the terminating exchange itself and an incoming line number to passing route information included in the received address signal and transfers information 203 to a passing route information storage device 203 and stores it there.
