CONSTITUTION:When a person other than the person who supervises the main body uses the main body, the supervisor who is not the user limits the use of the main body. The microprocessor 16 reads time information out of the timer circuit 17 periodically and compares it with use limitation data previously set in the nonvolatile memory 15 by the supervisor through a key pad 13. When the read time information exceeds the use limit value, the use limitation information is written in the nonvolatile memory 15. The stored use limitation information is detected by the microprocessor 16 when the power source is turned on next time and some of the functions of the mobile equipment main body are automatically disabled.

Accordingly, the movement of the wire material 6 by the tension can be effectively stopped. A clamping work can be performed merely by twisting the wire material restriction part 1 to fix the wire material 6, and the fixture can be similarly simply released.
