    • PURPOSE:To make the extent of contact rating smaller by installing plural pieces of contacts, consisting of each contact for both signal control and luminous display circuits and a contact for a trouble detecting circuit, in the inner part of a call button, and separating them independent each in an electric circuit manner. CONSTITUTION:At a hall call button and a cage destination button 1 of an elevator, an electric contact 2, consisting a metal material in a platina system for a call registration circuit and a luminous display circuit 3, functions when low voltage E1 is impressed. On the other hand, an electric contact 5, consisting of a metal material in a silver system for a trouble detector 4 is separately installed each from the electric contact 2, and it functions when high voltage E2 is impressed likewise. If a call button 1 is pressed by a passenger, the contact is opened into call registration so that this call button is luminously displayed. Simultaneously, the contact 5 is also closed in response to passenger's pressing operation time. After the elevator arrives at the said floor and reset by reset circuits 6, 6', a signal of the contact 5 is measured for time interval by a time interval circuit 7, and if the contact 5 is being closed as long as more than the specified time, it is informed as something trouble in the button 1.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily determine a roller replacing time during operation without using any measuring devices by partially providing a projecting or a recessed part in the circumferential direction of a roller side face in a device where a pulley rotated in synchronization with an elevator car is rotated by pressing a roller integrally provided with a position detector. SOLUTION: An elevator car is raised by the rotation of a motor directly connected to a hoist sheave. A lever provided in a part of the car is connected to a speed governor pulley 8 provided in a machine room in the upper part of a vertical path and a governor rope 7 wound on a tension pulley in the bottom part of the vertical path. A roller 12 for driving a position detector is contacted with the roller rolling surface 11 of this governor pulley 8 and the number of pulses is produced in proportion to the moving amount of the car from the position detector. In this case, a recessed groove 12A-1 is provided in an L position from an outer periphery (wear limit and replacing reference value of the roller 12) in the side face of the roller 12, and by periodically confirming this mark by eyes, its wear is determined and replacing work is carried out.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a collector ring separated from a trolley line from colliding with a bracket or the like in a hoistway as well as to make an error to be produced thereby so as to be detectable at once by installing such a means as detecting a fact that this collector ring of a trolley set up in a car has separated from the trolley line. SOLUTION: Usually, two collector rings 2a and 2b slide along a trolley line 1, but in the case where the collector ring 2a has separated from the trolley line 1, by way of example, due to the effect of vibrations by an earthquake, a state of the trolley line 1, and a running state, etc., such a force as being forcibly pressed to the side of the trolley line 1 is given to the collector ring 2a, so that its tip has been tilted up to a position where it passes through the trolley line 1 and hits on a bracket 7, but it strikes against a stopper 4a and able to stop short of it. At this time, a microswitch 3a attached to the collector ring 2a hits on the stopper 4a and thereby it operates, taking into a communicating microcomputer through a detector, and thus communication to a control panel and abnormality can be detected.
