Each of the detection patterns 21 and 26 is configured with a lead wire 37a and 38a having a shading property and conductivity. The lead wires 37a and 38a are arranged in a predetermined pattern on the intermediate layers 35 and 36, so as to form openings 37b and 38b between lead wires 37a and 38a. Each of the intermediate layers 35 and 36 has a larger adhesion force to the detection patterns 21 and 26 in comparison with the base film 31.
