SOLUTION: The stock solution of the coating agent includes an emulsion type resin in a water solvent, granular wax and a non-silicon base surfactant, wherein the glass transition temperature of the emulsion type resin is set in a range of 0-80°C, the average particle diameter of the granular wax is set in a range of 2-10 μm and the content of the non-silicone base surfactant is set in a range of 6-20 weight%, and the solid content of the stock solution of the coating agent is dilluted with water in a range of 0.6-4 weight% to obtain a coating agent.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a coloring coating agent for turn signal lamps of automobiles by blending a pigment mixture of a red iron oxide pigment and a yellow pigment such as an indolinone pigment with a film forming resin such as a silicon polyester resin. SOLUTION: A pigment of red iron oxide (α-Fe2 O3 ) having a particle diameter of less than 0.1mm and a yellow pigment made up of one or more of indolinones, quinacvidones, metal complex azo pigments, transparent red iron oxide yellow, and condensed azo pigments are mixed in a ratio of 0.1:99.9 to 80:20. One (1) to 500 pts.wt. resultant mixed pigment is mixed with 100 pts.wt. film forming resin solid. The obtained coating agent is applied on the surface of a colorless turn signal, is dried, and then is set to obtain a colored lamp bulb. The film forming resin is preferably a silicone polyester resin. Preferably the coating agent contains further a silane coupling agent.

Since the pattern is formed by lines of magnetic force, a prescribed pattern is accurately formed regardless of the curved shape of the base member. Furthermore, the frequency characteristic itself is made flat for the base material using wooden pulp or the like for the major component and the electroacoustic transducing function is improved.

The coated film obtd. in such a manner is dried and cured. The above-mentioned fluorescent dyes are added to the coating material at 0.01-5pts.wt. per 100pts. wt. said material. As a result, the desired fluorescence which is increased in density is released and the pattern having the specific brightness or design effect on the base material is formed on the base material. Such material is, therefore, adequate for use in ornamentation of glass and plastic moldings, road signs, etc.
