摘要： PURPOSE:To provide a pattern such as a character or a designed symbol or the like without distortion onto a surface of the diaphragm for speaker by controlling the distribution state of a paint in which magnetic powder is dispersed through the use of a magnetic force while keeping the property such as stiffness and an internal loss being the requirement of the diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:When a paint 33 in which magnetic powder is dispersed is applied to the surface of a base material 31, a magnet 34 is arranged in the vicinity of the front side or a rear side of the base material 31. The magnetic powder dispersed in the paint formed on the base material 31 in the vicinity of the magnet 34 is oriented by lines of magnetic force of the magnet 34 and a pattern 35 is formed together with the magnetic powder 36 not receiving the effect of lines of the magnetic force. Since the pattern is formed by lines of magnetic force, a prescribed pattern is accurately formed regardless of the curved shape of the base member. Furthermore, the frequency characteristic itself is made flat for the base material using wooden pulp or the like for the major component and the electroacoustic transducing function is improved.

摘要： PURPOSE:To manufacture a diaphragm of less deterioration with time by sticking and drying dumping agent solution in which plasticizer and polymer chloride are mixed on a diaphragm substrate for a speaker manufactured in a prescribed shape with fiber material as main material. CONSTITUTION:Beaten raw pulp is manufactured in a sheet shape and after drying, it is pressed and molded in a prescribed diaphragm shape. At the next, BPBG of 10wt% as the plasticizer and polyvinyl chloride of 40wt% as polymer chloride are dissolved in solvent in which toluene and ethyl acetate of 25wt% each are mixed, preparing the dumping agent. The dumping agent is spray- coated evenly on the diaphragm substrate, impregnating it through the substrate. Following that, the substrate after impregnation is dried with a temperature of 100 deg.C for 15min, volatilizing the solvent and fixing evenly the mixture of the BPBG and the polyvinyl chloride on the fiber of the substrate. Thereby, the diaphragm of less deterioration with time can be manufactured.

摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the reliability of a speaker. CONSTITUTION:The press machining is applied with a diaphragm 8 and a metallic foil 20 fixed to each other. Thus the bent lower end parts of the diaphragm 8 and the foil 20 or the bent lower end part of the foil 20 is fixed to the upper edge part of a coil bobbin 6 with a wave-shaped metallic parts 21 or a U-shaped metallic part 22. In such a manner, the fixing jobs are extremely simplified among the bobbin 6, the diaphragm 8 and the foil 20. A lead wire 13 is extended along the upper edge part of the bobbin 6 and electrically and directly connected to the foil 20 or connected to the foil 20 via the parts 21. Thus the wire 13 is never broken. Furthermore the consumption of an adhesive an be minimized since the adhesive is applied to the foil 20 only in a press machining state. Thus, the weight of a vibration system can be reduced.

By having thermoplastic resin and thermosetting resin stuck to the diaphragm, characteristics such as density and rigidity are adjusted accordingly. The fibrilated polymethaphenyleneisophthalic amide has such a significantly large surface area that it shows an excellent tangling characteristic against various materials. By utilizing this property, diaphragms can be made of various fiber saw materials through a sheet-making.

This cellulose acetate butyrate (acetate-butyrate cellulose) is a compounded ester produced by compounding acetic acid and butyric acid with cellulose; a cellulose and an acetyl acetate are chemically processes, a sulpharic acid is added as a catalyst, a methylen chloride as a diluent, and an acetic anhydride to adjust the rate of action between the acetic acid and the butyric acid. Depending on the proportions of the said acids in the chemical action, the acetic acetate-butyrate cellulose having various properties are obtained. Larger the proportion of the compounded butyric acid are, the lower the lower hygroscopic property are. The acetate-butyrate cellulose is excellent in plasticity and is elastic.

SOLUTION: A base 2 for the speaker diaphragm 1 is made of a plastic material consisting mainly of a pulypropylene and a metal or a metallic compound is vaport-depositted onto part or all of a surface of the base 2 of the diaphragm to form a vapor-deposition layer. Thus, diversified characters or patterns or the like are expressed onto the diaphragm 1 making up of a cone diaphragm and a center cap or the like. Furthermore, the diaphragm 1 forms a double layer consisting of the base 2 and the vapor-deposition layer 3, since the stiffness is enhanced and the internal loss is increased, the performance as a speaker is improved. Moreover, since the diaphragm 1 is made of the base with water-proof performance and the vapor-deposition layer, the water- proof performance is maintained. Moreover, ease of sure adhesion is obtained.

The assembly man-hours are reduced and the generation of the distortion of the vibration can be prevented by integrating the both.

Further, as the binder not only for the component A, but also for particles not having the self binding force such as mica and carbon graphite, the alginic acid metal salt is preferably used.
