摘要： PURPOSE:To improve the imprinting property and writing property, and obtain an envelope cover sheet which is equipped with a transparency for an envelope cover, by applying a pigment layer of silicon dioxide on the surface of a paper with transparency or a transparent plastic film. CONSTITUTION:It is an envelope cover sheet for which a pigment with transparency or a mixed layer of a transparent pigment and water absorbent polymer is applied on the surface of a paper with transparency or transparent plastic film. As the paper with transparency, generally a paper with transparency is enough, and to have lower than 20% of opacity is required. As the transparent plastic film, a film of polyester, polypropylene, etc. is used. As the pigment for the pigment layer with transparency, a silicon dioxide, such as fine grain amorphous silica, colloidal silica, etc. can be counted. The fine grain amorphous silica is preferable among them. For the pigment layer, a pigment with transparency is dispersed on a synthetic resin of acrilic, polyester, or vinyl acetate, and cellulosic derivative, etc. to make a coating material, and this coating material is applied on a paper with transparency or transparent plastic film to form the pigment layer.
