    • PURPOSE:To obtain a cement mjulti-layered acid resistant pipe covered with chemical resistant rigid resin on its outer and inner peripheral surfaces by infiltration alkali resistant curing resin into fibers and winding them round a core metal so as to form a main inner layer and then wrapping a plate-shaped mortar cement around outer periphery thereof and further winding fibers infiltrated with curing resin around outer periphery thereof and each layer is cured thereafter. CONSTITUTION:At first, fibers infiltrated with curing resin having a large alkali resistant property is wound round a core metal 1 and thus a main inner layer 2 is formed. The resin used herein is of a type that a cure or the strength after curing and the adhesive force of the resin are not damaged by alkali of cement, and alkali resistant property is large and, for example, epoxy resin and acrylic resin are suitable therefor. Upon forming the main inner layer 2, plate-shaped cement mortar is wrapped around outer periphery thereof, while the resin does not cure, in order to form an intermediate layer 4. Following this, fibers infiltrated with curing resin is wound further round outer periphery thereof so as to form an outer layer 5.

    • PURPOSE:To make it possible to facilitate the operation, maintenance and cleaning of mixers and feeders and realize the effective production with a centrifugal machine, by feeding a resin concrete mixed and kneaded with a thermoset agent for the main body of a pipe and feeding a resin to which a cold curing agent is added or a resin mortar for the innermost layer of the pipe. CONSTITUTION:A mold is rotated on a centrifugal machine, a resin concrete to which a thermoset agent for medium- and high-temperature curing is added is fed from the openings of the ends a bit less than the required wall thickness of a pipe, and then a required quantity of glass fiber is fed. After that, a resin mortar to which a curing agent is fed and the innermost layer of the pipe is molded. The curing of resin concrete takes place hardly at the ambient temperature and the removal work is very easy even in summer. Because the resin or resin mortar for the innermost layer is sufficiently fluid, the addition of the cold curing agent near the top of the pipe reduces the cleaning work remarkably and the curing time can be controlled according to the amount of curing agent added. The resin concrete of the main body of pipe is cured separately in a proper heating chamber.

    • PURPOSE:To form the wall thickness on an outer face of a bending section not being too thin by forming a projected circular shaped crest section on an outer peripheral section of a bending section of a cement mortar plate with its wall thickness thicker than those of other non-bending sections. CONSTITUTION:When a cement mortar plate 1 is formed, a projected circular crest section 2 with the wall thickness of a section forming the outer face in the bending direction of a flat plate is formed, and a corner circular shape 5 of an inner frame 4 for bending is made corresponding to the projected circular crest section 2 and one side of the cement mortar plate 1 is rotated in the direction of arrow mark (a) to stretch the outer peripheral face of the projected circular crest section 2 and make the wall thickness of said section thinner gradually. As the wall thickness of said section is formed thicker than those of other sections preliminarily, the thickness is almost same when the bending of the frame plate is completed. Said arrangement of making the plate thickness of the bending section thicker preliminarily prevents the reduction of wall thickness at the time of processing and avoids the lowering of strength of a product, and further its increase is also possible.

    • PURPOSE:To manufacture irregular-shaped pipes of various kinds in small quantity production by small scale equipments, by a method wherein a hollow and cylindrical outer concrete shuttering is divided into two in an axial direction, a necessary quantity of curable mortar is put into respective recessed semicircular concrete shuttering, the mortar is pressurized by a core metal and after formation of a semicircular wall body having a fixed thickness and the semicircular wall bodies are integrated by putting them together. CONSTITUTION:A hollow and cylindrical outer concrete shuttering is divided into two in an axial direction of a pipe and a necessary quantity of curable mortar 3a is put into one side recessed semicircular concrete shuttering 1a. The mortar 3a is pressurized and a semicircular wall body of the mortar 3 having a fixed thickness is formed between the core metal 2 and the semicircular concrete shuttering 1a. Then the semicircular concrete shuttering 1a is turned by 180 degrees by keeping a state as it is and the curable mortar 3b within the semicircular wall body is pressurized again along with the core metal 2. Then remaining semicircular wall body is formed and the curable mortar 3a, 3b are put together and a monolithic, cylindrical and curable mortar wall body is formed. Then the concrete shutterings 1a, 1b are disassembled and the mortar cylindrical body is taken out, an external circumference of which is provided with a fiber reinforced layer 5 and the core metal 2 is pulled out after cure.

    • PURPOSE:To produce an acid-resistant concrete pipe without performing centrifugal lining by pouring cement, sand and water in the space between an inner cylinder having a layer composed of long fibers impregnated with a curable resin formed to the outer periphery thereof and an outer cylinder and subsequently solidifying the same. CONSTITUTION:For example, glass fibers impregnated with an acid-resistant resin are wound around the outer periphery of an inner retaining mold 1 to form an inner layer 2a. As the resin, an epoxy resin is pref. because the resin has excellent adhesiveness even in a wet state. Next, the inner retaining mold 1 is inserted in an outer retaining mold 3 having an inner diameter larger than the outer diameter of the mold 3 and concrete being a flowable composition of cement, sand and water is charged in the space between molds 1, 3 from the upper one ends of both molds 1, 2 and compacted by vibration to obtain the main body layer 4 of a pipe having a required wall thickness. By this method, concrete pipe excellent in acid resistance and strength and having a smooth inner surface is obtained.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of hairiness of fibers and abrasion or exfoliation of a cement coat on the inside of a hollow body by a method wherein fibers impregnated with setting resin are wound on a core metal, fibers impregnated with cement mortar are wound thereon before the resin is set, and after the resin is set, the core metal is pulled out. CONSTITUTION:Fibers impregnated with a setting resin solution is wound on a core metal 1 having a circular section, so as to form a fiber-reinforced resin layer 2. For the setting resin, epoxy resin, polyurethane resin, polyester resin, acrylic resin or the like is used generally. Before this fiber-reinforced resin layer 2 is cured, subsequently, fibers impregnated with cement mortar are wound thereon, so as to form a fiber-reinforced cement mortar layer 3. On the occasion, it is advisable to provide squeeze rollers or the like in a mortar reservoir to facilitate impregnation. By pulling out the core metal after the resin and the cement are cured by steam curing or the like, thereafter, a required hollow body can be obtained. The fibers impregnated with resin may be wound again further thereon.

    • PURPOSE:To improve acid resistance of a concrete pipe by leaps and bounds by congealing resin on an inner circumferential surface of the pipe, by a method wherein a layer containing resinous contents is formed on the inner circumferential surface of the concrete pipe, the surplus water squeezed out on the inside of the pipe with centrifugal force is discharged out of the inside of the pipe by injecting a fluid such as water or air to the surplus water and finishing of the inside of the pipe is performed. CONSTITUTION:Synthetic resin emulsion is added beforehand into concrete to be loaded into a rotating concrete form, epoxy resin and ethylene-vinyl acetate are used as resin and an appropriate quantity of a curing agent is added to all of them. The resin is squeezed out on an inner circumferential surface of a pipe along with compounded water of the inside of concrete during a rotation molding and a layer 1 containing resinous contents is formed on the inner circumferential surface. When a rotation is kept on, the same part is separated further, divided into a mixed layer 2 of a solid body whose specific gravity is high and the resin containing cement and fine aggregate and water containing a large quantity of impurities whose specific gravity is low such as surplus water 3 which is formed on the inner most circumferential surface. The surplus water 3 is discharged out of the pipe by injecting a fluid 4 such as air or water through an injection hole 6 of the tip of a conduit 5 from an opening of a pipe.

    • PURPOSE:To prevent the deterioration of productivity in the production of a small quantity and a large variety with showing a reinforcement effect, by wrapping an inner mold with a vitreous fiber impregnated with a curable binder, putting it in an outer mold having a larger inner diameter, feeding a fluid substance composed of the mixture of gravel and the curable binder into the space between both molds and clamping it. CONSTITUTION:An inner layer 2 is formed by wrapping an inner mold 1 with a vitreous fiber impregnated with a curable binder. The inner mold 1 wrapped with the vitreous fiber is put in an outer mold 3 having a larger inner diameter, a fluid substance composed of the mixture of gravel and the curable binder is fed from a top opening into the space between the inner and outer molds and camped gradually by means of vibration etc. to form the main layer 4 of a hollow body having a required wall thickness. For this fluid substance, it is preferable to use a fluid resin concrete made by mixing cement, gravel and water further mixing it uniformly with unsaturated polyester resin as a hardening resin solution and gravel.
