摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a tower improving the safety and shortening a construction term. SOLUTION: Radial supports 11-13 are built on a base part 8 as shown in positions A-C and a central part is formed into a space 16. A central part support 24 and radial supports 21-23 of a first upper part block structure are erected in the central space 16 and a transmitting/receiving antenna 28 is assembled. Then, the central part support 24 and the radial supports 21-23 of the first upper part block structure are raised. Block structures 36-38 are erected and raised by repeating the process so as to be formed into a prescribed height. The upper part block structures 36-38 are supported by a temporary central member 65 in the space 16 and rotated, so that the radial supports of the upper part block structure are moved from positions D-F to the positions A-C and accorded with lowermost radial supports 11-13, the temporary central member is removed, and the lowermost central support is assembled in the space 16, so that the tower structure is constructed. SOLUTION: The weld zone cooling device 10 is composed of a device body 11, a feeding part 12 and a blowing part 13, and fixed on a steel material by means of a magnet 14. The blowing part 13 at the tip of a feeding pipe 19 which is attached rotatably to the supporting member 15 of the device body 11, is arranged inside a groove 3, with compressed air A supplied to the blowing part 13 through a feeding hose 20 and an opening/closing valve 17. The compressed air A is then blown off from a flat tip blow-off port 13a along the Y-direction, forcedly cools a weld bead B by the expansion cooling of the compressed air.

SOLUTION: In this testing device 1, a hydraulic cylinder 2 for applying load is mounted integrally with a hydraulic mechanism having a servo-motor 3, a coupling 4, both-rotary pumps 5 and a hydraulic tank 6 through a support frame 7, one of both the rotary pumps 5 is connected to a rod-side cylinder chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 2 through a tube 9, and the other is connected to a piston-side cylinder chamber of the hydraulic cylinder 2 through a tube 8. A mounting part 13 for a jig for applying the load to the specimen is attached to the piston of the hydraulic cylinder 2. The load and displacement applied to the specimen are detected, whether or not they reach to directed values is determined, a direction is sent to the servo-motor 3 and both the rotary pumps 5 from a control part so as to set the load and the displacement to predetermined values and thus, the test is executed by applying the predetermined load to the specimen.

The building 1 of the existing multiple dwelling house is provided with an elevator shaft 30, an in/out passage 13, and a connecting corridor 12. A front corridor 24 of a vestibule 25, a staircase 21, and a landing 22 of the existing building 1 to be used are those installed in the existing building, and a new staircase 11 is provided in front of the existing landing to be connected to the connecting corridor 12 of the upper floor. The in/out passage 13 connected to the connecting corridor 12 at that floor is provided in the position of the existing staircase. In each story, the front corridor 24 of the vestibule 25, a landing port 35 of the elevator shaft 30, the in/out passage 13, and the connecting corridor 12 are on the same level to install the elevator, thereby achieving a barrier free state.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation structure provided with a base isolation member to have a base isolation function for a building, with influence such as wind pressure considered. SOLUTION: In this base isolation structure, a base isolation member and a locking device are disposed between a foundation and a building on the foundation. The locking device comprises seismoscope mechanism 2, operation transmission mechanism 3, and locking mechanism 4. A steel ball 10 and a roller 18 of the seismoscope mechanism 2 are aligned and pressed to be contact with each other. When the earthquakes occur and the earthquakes are sensed, the balance of the steel ball 10 with the roller 18 is lost, so that the steel ball 10 is removed from a bearing member 11, a supporting member 19 is pressed down, an L-shaped lever 24 connected is rotated, an operating rod 28 is pulled, engagement of a claw portion 31 with a claw cam 41 of a lever 40 is released, a locking member 45 is lowered by a weight 44 of the lever 40, and engagement of the locking member 45 with a locking recess portion 37 is released. Thereby, locking of the building is released. Accordingly, a function of the base isolation member disposed between the foundation and the building protects the building from vibration caused by the earthquakes.

The peripheral speed and the feed rate of the circular saw can be continuously changed.
