CONSTITUTION: A connecting fitting 4 for connecting truss beams 1, 2, 3 is connected to top chords 1a, 2a, 3a of the truss beams 1, 2, 3 by plural connecting bolts 14 through each gusset plate 7. An upper connection part for connecting the top chords 1a, 2a, 3a to each other and a lower connection part, which is connected to lower chords 1b, 2b, 3b of the truss beams 1, 2, 3 by plural gusset bolts 14 through each gusset plate 8 so as to connect the lower chords 1b, 2b 3b to each other, are respectively connected to the upper end and the lower end of a bundle material 13 so as to be projected. Joint plates 5, 6 for connecting the truss beams 1, 2, 3 are respectively fitted to the top chords 1a, 2a, 3a and the lower chords 1b, 2b, 3b of the truss beams 1, 2, 3 by plural connecting bolts 15, 16.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten the construction period of a large span structure, by temporarily installing towers on which a jack-up device is equipped at the upper part and preparing lifting-up works simultaneously with the assembling works of the roof on the ground and finally erecting columns after lifting-up of the roof and the longitudinal adjustment between both sides. SOLUTION: Temporary towers 1 are erected at the outside of the periphery of a long span roof structure 4 and a jacking device 3 composed of a center hole jack, a hanging bar, etc., is installed at the upper part. Foundations are appropriately installed between the temporary towers 1, 1 and the roof structure 4 with a truss structure is assembled on the ground by use of temporary receive bases and raised up to a specified height by the jacking device 3 to erect temporary columns 10 for jacking-up. The jacks provided at the lower part are extended or contracted to adjust the length between both sides of the roof structure 4 and coincide with a designed length. In the end, final columns 7 are erected at the periphery of the roof structure 4.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling work by connecting gusset plates to joining plates which connect a top chord member and a bottom chord member to the upper end and the lower end of a strut without welding at least on the gusset plates being less affected by a shearing force to the strut. SOLUTION: Joining plates 6 which are connected to the flanges of a top chord member 1 and a bottom chord member 2 at the upper end and lower end of a strut 5 are connected, and gusset plates 7 for connecting the webs of the top chord member 1 and the bottom chord member 2 are connected to each joining plate 6. Then, the flanges of the top chord member 1 and the bottom chord member 2 and the joining plate 6, and the webs and gusset plates 7 are connected together by splice plates 9 and bolts. Next, the gusset plate 7 is connected in a form of being clamped with a joining plate 6 and a reinforcing plate 8, but among the upper and lower gusset plates 7, the upper gusset plate 7 is not welded the strut 5. Therefore, the assembling cost can be reduced.

CONSTITUTION:A roof part 3 is formed by setting-up a plurality of framework members 41, 42 in lattice shape, and a perimeter column 1 supporting a side 3a of the roof part 3 and the end parts of the framework member 41, 42 are joined together through gusset plates 8. A point P at which gauge lines g1, g2 on the framework members 41, 42 intersect with the center line of the perimeter column 1 is provided shifting from a surface 1a on a gusset for fitting the perimeter column 1 to the side of an axis (O) of the column 1. In this three- dimensional framework structure, the gusset plates 8 are composed of a pair of fitting plates 81, 82 with which the end parts of the framework members 41, 42 are respectively joined and which are formed almost in the shape of a letter V. Ends 8a of the fitting plates 81, 82, which ends are on the side of the column 1, are positioned apart each other and are fitted to the surface 1a.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain weight reduction and simplification of an adjusting means and smoothness of door movement by the vertical position adjustment of guide rails and to suppress noise caused by the rattle of a door based on external force such as wind. SOLUTION: An upper guide rail 3 in a sliding door bearing the self-weight of the door 1 by a lower rail 2 is suspended in a vertical position adjustable manner from a rail receiving member 4 by lifting members 8, 9, and the front and rear of the upper guide rail 3 is held by the rail receiving member 4. Only the guide rail 3 constituted separately from the rail receiving member 4 which is an upper support structure of the door, can thereby be vertically moved to attain weight reduction and simplification of the vertical position adjusting means 8, 9 of the guide rail 3. Furthermore, since the front and rear of the guide rail 3 are held by the rail receiving member 4, the door 1 receiving external force such as wind load does not make any noise caused by backlash between itself and the rail receiving member 4 through the guide rail 3. An interval is provided in the length direction of the upper chord member 1 and the lower chord member 2, and fixed on a plurality of parts or the two parts of both the end parts of the upper chord member 1 and the lower chord member 2 even the welding or the bolts. Thereby the truss frame material 5 is restrained for the deformation of the plane-of-structure direction and the axial direction, the deformation of the upper chord member and the lower chord member is suppressed at the time when the web material or the reinforcing material 5 is welded on the upper chord member 1 and the lower chord member 2, and respective welding deformation can be prevented.
