CONSTITUTION: A composition containing 100pts.wt. organic polymer capable of improving adhesion to a polycarbonate resin base (e.g., acrylic resin) and 0.1W 60pts.wt. light stabilizer (e.g., benzoloxy-2,2,6,6-tetramethylpiperidine, or nickel dibutyl dithiocarbamate) is applied to the surface of a polycarbonate resin molding to form a priming coat thereon. A composition containing an organopolysiloxane (e.g., a composition prepared by adding colloidal silica and a curing catalyst to a hydrolyzate of glycidoxymethyltrimethoxysilane) is applied and dried to form a top layer. In this way, the titled resin molding is obtained.

As component A the cohydrolyzate is better than the mixture of hydrolyzates.
