    • PURPOSE: To manufacture a dispersion strengthened Cu alloy material having high electric conductivity and improved strength at ordinary temp. and high temp. by oxidizing the surface of a thin Cu alloy plate contg. a specified amount of Al and by heating and holding the plate in an inert gaseous atmosphere to carry out internal oxidation treatment.
      CONSTITUTION: A thin Cu alloy plate of 0.5W2mm thickness contg. 0.05W1wt% Al is manufactured by rolling. The plate is heated at 700W900°C for 1W10min in the air to oxidize the surface, and it is heated and held at 800W900°C for 5W40hr in an inert gaseous atmosphere to carry out internal oxidation treatment.
