SOLUTION: A protective sleeves S are set in set grooves 2a on a belt 2 of a belt conveyor 1 and conveyed, the belt 2 is vibrated by a vibrator 11 en route to adjust the posture of the sleeve so that the reinforcement core material is downwardly located, the sleeve is arranged in the center part of the conveyor by a positioning device, and then the heat-shrinking of the outer tube is carried out by passing through the both ends of the sleeve on heating plates 15a of heaters 15.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid filtration and regeneration equipment which has excellent capability removing foreign impurity from a liquid such as used grinding fluid (coolant), and the regenerated liquid is capable of reuse, and the operation can continuously be performed for a long period and the maintenance can easily be performed. SOLUTION: This equipment is provided with: a filtration device 11 for filtering a liquid with a paper filter 15 while intermittently delivering the paper filter 15; a tank 19 for recovering the resulting filtrate; a coagulation device 22 for coagulating fine particles in the liquid by using a special adsorbent on the basis of the Shultze-Hardy's law; and a circulation system 21 in which the coagulation device 22 is inserted. The liquid filtration and regeneration process using this equipment involves repeatedly performing operation that comprises: first, passing a used grinding fluid (coolant) 2 through the filtration device 11; thereafter coagulating fine particles remaining in the resulting filtrate, in the coagulation device 22; and then, returning the filtrate containing the coagulated particles to the filtration device 11.

Inevitable position deviation which is generated in this case is corrected with the XY table 4, and the marking tool 5 is quickly and highly precisely positioned to the target spot. Correction of position deviation with the XY table is performed by calculating the amount of deviation from a target point previously set by obtaining the position coordinates of the truck 2 with the laser gauge 3.

A drum center side groove surface of the wire groove 15 is continued to the peripheral surface of the shelf 13, and as it comes in a wire winding direction, the drum center side groove surface of the wire groove 15 comes close to the center of the drum, and reaches the winding barrel 11. In order to smoothly transfer the wire, a part of an inlet 15a of the wire groove 15 is provided with an inclined surface 17, and furthermore, the flange 12 of the shelf 13 is eliminated in a range from the inlet 15a to a point S appropriately separated from the inlet 15a.

SOLUTION: An arm 1 and a U-shaped receiving part 2 are formed integratedly with each other from a band shaped steel plate, a hole is arranged on the arm part 1 in order to attach to a hanging bolt 3, and a slit 5 is stamped out on an erecting part of the receiving part 2. A cover member 7 for closing an upper opening of the receiving part 2 is formed of a band shaped thin steel plate which is provided with a wide width part 8 on one end, and a folding part 9 on the other end, and which is bent smoothly. The arm part 1 is held horizontally, and it is fixed to the hanging bolt 3 by two nuts from upper and lower parts at a hole part. A piping 6 is mounted on the receiving part 2, and the cover member 7 is inserted from the folding part 9 side into the slit 5 so as to support the piping 6. It is thus possible to attach a plurality of supporting fittings on the hanging bolt 3, and it is possible to easily adjust a height position by loosening the nut 10.
