摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an heat-insulated storage case having a new structure which secures high heat insulating property, which enables transportation in a stacked condition, and which, when empty, can be folded for making it small in size, and which can be transported efficiently at less cost. SOLUTION: This relates to an insulating storage case. A pair of facing side faces of a box shape case main body with a bottom are formed as pressure proof side wall parts 2, 2 combining insulating panels, and the remaining pair of side wall parts 3, 3 and the bottom face are both made freely foldable. On the inside of the side wall part 3, 3, pressure proof insulating layer parts 5, 5 having an idler sheet part are combined able to splice/estrange. On the top end edge of either one of the pair of the side wall parts 2, 2, a pressure proof cover part 6 combining the insulating panels is closed freely openable. From the outside edge facing the side wall parts 2, 2 of the cover part 6, joining belt parts 63, 63 are provided protrusively. At the bottom end outside face of each of the side wall parts 2, 2, tentative fitting parts 22, 22 able to be mounted and dismounted between the joining belt parts 63, 63 provided protrusively on the cover part 6 of another box shape case main body with a bottom are formed.

SOLUTION: The packaging material comprises a composite sheet comprising at least one layer of corrugated wavy sheet 15 and at least one layer of flexible smooth sheet 14 which are laminated and stuck. At least one weakened portion 20 is formed over a full length of the composite sheet in a direction perpendicular to the corrugated portions applied on the wavy sheet, so that the composite sheet can be folded along the weakened portion 20 perpendicularly to its lengthwise direction. At the time of use, the packaging material is drawn out of a roll and cut into a packaging material 12 of a required length, and an object to be packaged is wrapped with the material 12, and the material is folded via the weakened portion 20 to package the object.

Each of the rib members 5a to 5c has a parallel rib member parallel to the creases 7a, 7b and a vertical rib member perpendicular to the creases 7a, 7b and is attached to the sheet 3 via an adhesive tape.

The recessed part 14 is formed into a V-shape when being seen from a bending part forming direction Y, and also is formed into the parallelogram when being seen from the top, and a plurality of border lines 18 are formed between the recessed part 14 and the remaining part 16. Then, when the sheet body 10 is bent to the face surface side on which the bending part 12 is formed in the bending direction X, the remaining part 16 is placed under a twisted state, and can be easily bent, and also, the strength of the sheet itself can be kept. Also, when the sheet body 10 is bent to the rear surface side, the border line 18 on the remaining part 16 tilts, and the remaining part 16 can be prevented from being damaged. In addition, the remaining part 16 is placed under a twisted state, and can be easily bent.

Furthermore, (C) a diol component containing 5-15% dihydroxy compound of the formula (R1 is 2-4C alkyl; R2, R3, R4 and R5 are H or 1-4C alkyl) [preferably 9,9-bis-(4- hydroxyethoxyphenyl)-fluorene] can be used in place of the component B.
