    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent burrs from being generated by inhibiting the crowding-out of an elastic polymer material at a border part between a main body member and a cushioning member, and also prevent a hollow wall part surrounding a hollow part of the main body member from being deformed by the injection pressure of the elastic polymer material. SOLUTION: After closing an injection molding tool 70, a thermally molten elastic polymer material is injected from an injection gate 80 into the range of both edges 50 and 55, of the back side of the main body member 32, in a molding cavity 125 and also, in a position short of reaching the inner shape edge of the hollow part 35. Thus the polymer material is allowed to flow into one 125 of the molding cavities, and at the same time, a part of the elastic polymer material is allowed to flow into the other molding cavity 120 through a connected flow passage 130. Thereby, the polymer material is packed into the respective molding cavities 120 and 125 to obtain the molded cushioning members 62 and 65. Finally, the cushioning members 62 and 65 are joined together in one piece along both edges 50 and 55 of the main body member 32 by the heat and/or pressure of the injection-molded elastic polymer material.     • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door frame with a frame molding mounted on a door frame body in which the mounting man-hour is reduced, the mounting dispersion in the width direction is eliminated, and the number of components is reduced. SOLUTION: A door frame body 2 is formed by folding a long sheet metal, and has a mount part 27 with both edges 271, 272 overlapped on the outer side of a vehicle. A frame molding 3 has a molding design part 30 and two leg parts 31, 32 erected from both edges thereof into a cabin side. An abutting bent part 33 and a locking projecting part 360 are formed on a tip of one leg part 31 and a tip of the other leg part 32, respectively. Stepped portions 23, 24 are formed on a corresponding part of the mount part 27 of the door frame body 2. Both leg parts 31, 32 of the frame molding 3 are housed over the mount part 27 of the door frame body 2 to stop the abutting bent part 33 by the corresponding stepped portion 23, and the frame molding 3 is mounted on the door frame body 2 by locking the locking projecting part 360 to the corresponding stepped portion 24.
