    • PURPOSE:To avoid the problem that the operation of an EGR valve is delayed and exhaust emission is deteriorated at the time of acceleration or deceleration of a vehicle by controlling the EGR valve provided on an exhaust gas re- circulating path so that its opening is increased as the pressure difference between the front and rear of a throttle valve in a suction path is increased. CONSTITUTION:An EGR path 53 branched from the exhaust path 52 of an engine is opened at the downstream side of a throttle valve 1 arranged in a suction path 51, and an EGR valve 4 is provided in the middle of the EGR path 53. The EGR valve 4 is constituted to open or close a valve body 41 in response to the pressure difference between pressure chambers 43 and 44 above and below a diaphragm 42, and the pressure chambers 43 and 44 are communicated to the downstream position and the upstream position of the throttle valve 1 by pressure guiding paths 54 and 55 respectively. Both pressure guiding paths 54 and 55 are communicated by a bypass path 56 provided with a solenoid switch valve 6 opened only at the time of idling and when the cooling water temperature is the preset value or below. The EGR valve 4 is opened or closed by the pressure difference between the front and rear of the throttle valve 1, thereby the operation of an accelerator pedal 11 can be instantly responded.

    • PURPOSE:To form an electromagnetic valve in a very easy way and miniaturized with increased responsiveness by providing a solenoid valve and a pool valve arranged downstream from the solenoid valve in an electromagnetic valve for stopping fuel feed. CONSTITUTION:An electromagnetic valve 8 for stopping fuel feed to a fuel injection nozzle 2 is provided. The electromagnetic valve 8 includes a solenoid valve 81 and a spool valve 82 arranged downstream from the valve 81. Feeding to an upper oil pressure chamber 824 of spool valve at high pressure is switched by the solenoid valve 81 to change the pressure within the upper oil pressure chamber 824 of spool valve and spill is controlled by moving a spool 822 up or down. Thereby, by electromagnetic valve itself can be formed in a very easy way and miniaturized, therefore its responsiveness also be improved.

And the solenoid valve 51 is formed so that the opening area of its valve seat 515 is larger than the sectional area of the clearance 531.
