    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the bearing power, yield strength and horizontal deformation performance of a foundation by effectively utilizing an existing pile without removing an existing foundation by boring a through-hole to the existing foundation and constructing a cast-in-place pile through the through-hole. SOLUTION: Through-holes 4a are bored to an existing foundation 1, a ground is cut by a water jet by a rod and brought to a muddy-water state, bags 15 made of high-strength resin fibers are inserted together with the rod, cement milk, mortar, etc., are poured in from the front end of the rod and the insides of the bags 15 are filled with cement milk, mortar, etc., and columnar soil improved bodies 3 are prepared. Reinforcing bars, steel bars, etc., are inserted into the through-holes 4a, and fixed onto the existing foundation 1 and the soil improved bodies 3, and the horizontal force is transmitted. Linear or spiral steel is arranged into the soil improved bodies 3 through separately bored through-holes, and the soil improved bodies 3 may also be created by a method of high-pressure infection replacement construction. Accordingly, a cast-in-place pile is constructed just under the existing foundation, and the bearing power, yield strength and horizontal deformation performance of the foundation can be improved simply and surely.

    • PURPOSE: To surely hold the proper stress transfer state to a bearing body from a PC steel wire and enhance the quality of the whole anchor part. CONSTITUTION: In order to make sure of perpendicularity between a bearing body 3 and a PC steel wire 2, a binding grip 4 of the PC steel wire 2 is stored in a storing space 5 of the bearing body 3 separately. A closing cover 6 is mounted to the storing space 5, and a spring 7 is provided the binding grip 4 and cover 6 to push always the binding grip 4 in the direction of the bearing body 3. In addition, the binding grip 4 is fixed with rust proof grease 9 injected in the storing space 5 from an injection hole 8 of the cover 6. The binding grip 4 is vertically fixed firmly to the bearing body 3, fixing strength between the bearing body 3 and PC steel wire 2 (binding grip) is increased, and even if the bearing body 3 and PC steel wire 2 are roughly treated, the PC steel wire 2 is surely fixed to the bearing body in an unmovable state. The rust on the binding grip 4 and PC steel wire 2 is prevented by the rustproof grease 9 in the storing space 5.

    • PURPOSE:To verify the overlap of column line piles with accuracy by injecting a boron tracer into a column line pile bottom portion where a preceding column line pile overlaps the following one, and detecting the overlap using a neutron detector provided to the end of an auger. CONSTITUTION:A single-axis auger 1 is used to drill the ground 2 and cement milk is ejected from the end of the auger 1 in the drilled hole and is kneaded with the soil of the initial position using a kneading blade to form a preceding column line pile 3-1 of soil mortar. A boron tracer material 4 is poured into the bottom of the pile from the end of the auger 1 and a thermal neutron detector 6 is mounted on the end of the auger shaft 5-1 of a three-axis auger 5 and the auger shaft 5-1 is made to overlap the preceding column line pile 3-1 and the following column line pile 8 is drilled using the three-axis auger 5 while the counting rate of the detector 6 for thermal neutrons is being measured. When the end of the auger shaft 5-1 reaches the bottom of the preceding column line pile 3-1, the tracer material 4 is agitated and taken into the drilled hole. Cement milk is then poured into the drilled hole and mixed to form the following column line pile 8 overlapping the preceding one.
