    • PURPOSE:To prevent the charge current of a field relaxation layer from partially concentratedly being applied by setting up a mean pressure zone with the resistance value which is lower than that of a low resistance corona shielding layer on the field relaxation layer which is adjacent to the low resistance corona shielding layer. CONSTITUTION:The ends of the low resistance corona shielding layer set on the insulated layers 5a and 5b of the winding ends 3a and 3b in a stator winding are inclined by theta so as to be opposed to each other and mean pressure zones 9a and 9b with the resistance value which is lower than that of the low resistance corona shielding layers 6a and 6b are set on the field relaxation layers 7a and 7b which are adjacent to 6a and 6b. The angle of mean pressure zone is smaller than the angle alpha of equipotential line 10 on the surface of the field relaxation layer and larger than the angle theta. Since this permits the charge current applied in the field relaration layer 7 to scatter like the arrow, it can be prevented from being partialy concentratedly overheated.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To form an ink coated surface with a uniform thickness on an image part of a blanket in an image forming apparatus which forms an ink image via the blanket with a plate function.
      SOLUTION: Ink 32 starts to be supplied from an ink supply means 30 to a silicone blanket 22 which is equipped with the plate function composed of a dummy image part 26 as high as an image part 25; subsequently, an ink coated film 23 is formed on the image part 25; finally, the supply of the ink is stopped in the image part 26. Thus, the ink image with a uniform film thickness is formed on the image part 25 of the blanket 22. After that, the blanket 22 is moved onto a body 42 to be printed and brought into contact with the body 42, and the ink image is transferred to the body 42, so that the image can be formed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small-sized tape carrier package for a liquid crystal driver at a low cost. SOLUTION: The tape carrier package for the liquid crystal driver is provided with an organic insulation tape 1 with a device hole 11 for loading a semiconductor integrated circuit element, and the semiconductor integrated circuit element 2 stuck to the organic insulation tape 1. The semiconductor integrated circuit element 2 is the one whose aspect ratio is equal to or more than about four and equal to or less than about seven, and is arranged so as to make the longitudinal direction parallel to the width direction of the organic insulation tape 1. An inner lead is connected to the part of the longitudinal direction of the semiconductor integrated circuit element 2 mainly and an outer lead corresponding to the inner lead is stretched and arranged in the almost vertical direction to the width direction of the organic insulation tape 2 mainly. By the constitution, the small-sized tape carrier package for the liquid crystal driver at a low cost is achieved.
