    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air passage opening and closing device capable of suppressing an increase in the operating force of a door base board resulting from dislocation of guide grooves formed in an air-conditioner case.
      SOLUTION: The air passage opening and closing device is equipped with a case 11 where openings 15a and 16 of an air passage are formed, a slide door 14 which moves inside the case 11 for opening and closing the openings 15a and 16 of the air passage, and a left and a right guide groove 23 and 24 formed in the case 11 for guiding the left and right ends in the direction perpendicularly intersecting the moving direction of the slide door 14, wherein the slide door 14 is composed of the door base board 143 of rigid material consisting of a frame of approximately quadrangular shape and a film member 141a coupled with the door base board 143, and inside the door base board 143 a reinforcing member to increase the stiffness is installed in such an arrangement as not intersecting the reinforcing member.

A drift current plate 3 is arranged in the introducing passage 25 so as to be rotatable up to a position for facing the tip 32 to the vicinity of the inlet side end surface 27 of the evaporator 21 from a position for contacting a back face 33 with the passage inner wall surface 20 with a rotary shaft 31 arranged in the vicinity of an introducing port 26 of the introducing passage 25 as a fulcrum.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a centrifugal blower for a vehicle air-conditioner device of inside-outside air two-layer flow type which enhances the air separating performance.
      SOLUTION: Between the first blade 21 and the second blade 22 a separating plate (the second side plate) 24 is provided to prevent the air from flowing from the first blade 21 side to the second blade 22 side and prevent the air from flowing from the second blade 22 side to the first blade 21 side. This precludes mixing of the air flow (1) blown off from the first fan 20a with the air flow (2) blown off from the second fan 20b and prevents the air flow (1) from blowing against the end part of a partitioning plate 33 to result in a turbulence, and emission of noises is also precluded.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively absorb and attenuate the noises reflected by an inner wall of a converting portion thus reducing the noise by providing a sound absorbing member to the converting portion which converts an air flow in an air conditioning casing toward a heat exchanger. SOLUTION: At an air flow downstream side of a heat exchanger 1 for cooling which refrigerates air blown off into an automobile interior, a heating heat exchanger 2 for heating air blown off into the interior of the automobile is disposed. Air is supplied toward these evaporator 1 and the heater core 2 by means of a blower 3. Here, a centrifugal blower which includes a volute scroll casing 31 and a centrifugal multiblade fan 32 is used as the blower 3. A connecting duct 6 is disposed such that the supply air from the blower 3 is guided to an air conditioning casing 4 which accommodates the evaporator 1 and the heater core 2. At the upstream side of the evaporator 1 in the air conditioning casing 4, a converting portion 7 which converts an air flow is disposed, and in the vicinity of the converting portion 7, a sound absorbing member made of a porous resilient member is disposed thus attenuating the noises (sound waves) generated by the blower 3.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restrain the generation of noise while preventing the entrainment of the blowed air into a vane side at a just this side of a nose part in a blower including a radial fan provided with a vane having a specified outlet angle by providing a projecting wall part for covering the peripheral upper part of the vane over the predetermined angle. SOLUTION: A centrifugal blower 1 for blowing the air sucked from an axial direction of rotation toward outside in the radial direction is provided with a radial fan provided with multiple vanes in the radial shape around a rotary shaft and having an outlet angle at 70-120 degree. A blow-out port 9 communicated with an air conditioning duct is formed in the air downstream side of a winding end part 8 of a spiral scroll casing 6. In this blower 1, a circular projecting wall part 14 projecting in a range at about 45-135 degree is formed in an upper wall part of the casing 6 at a part 12 continued to a bell mouth from a winding end part of the casing 6 toward a nose part 13 as a winding start part so as to covert the peripheral upper part of the vane. Generation of noise at the time of blowing is thereby lowered.
