    • PURPOSE:To reduce the size of an angular acceleration gauge and to improve accuracy by a method wherein the center of a coil is arranged on the axis of an inertia body and a position detecting means forms a reflection type optical system. CONSTITUTION:A coil 55 has a winding the center of which is arranged on the axis of a shaft 54. When a current is caused to flow to the coil 55 in the direction of an arrow mark f1, a force in the direction of an arrow mark F is exerted on the coil 55, and torque centering around the shaft 54 is exerted on an inertia body 56. A reflection plate 21 the half of which is printed in a black is mounted on the under surface of the inertia body 56, and since when the inertia body 55 is rotated, a portion effecting reflection is changed, a rotation position is detected. Outputs from photo interrupters 11a and 11b are differentially amplified by means of an amplifier 1014. In which case, in a cover part 57 to which the photo interrupters 11a and 11b are attached, a relative fixing position between a frame body and the cover part 57 is regulated during assembly. Thus, even when the mounting positions of the photo interrupters 11a and 11b are displaced, the displacement can be eliminated during fixing the cover part 57 and the frame body and high-precise detection of angular acceleration can take place.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a stable output even if a tuning fork resonance frequency is varied by providing a 2nd filtering means which has the same characteristics as that of a 1st filtering means between a piezoelectric element for drive detection and a synchronizm detecting means and making the gain of a synchronizm detection signal constant. CONSTITUTION:Piezoelectric elements 15 and 16 for detection detect the angular velocity by multiplying the vibration speed of an X-directional resonance frequency by the input angular velocity and an amplifier 29 outputs detection voltages from the elements 15 and 16 as an amplification detection voltage. The signal from a BPF 30 is detected synchronously by a synchronous detecting circuit 31 based on the movement voltage from a phase shifting circuit 28 to generate a synchronizm detection signal. Namely, the circuit 28 shifts the signals from the piezoelectric elements 13 and 14 for drive detection in phase by 90 deg. and the synchronizm detection signal is proportional to the angular velocity. Further, only the low frequency component of the synchronizm detection signal passes through an LPF 32 and is outputted by an output amplifying circuit 33 as a voltage matching the system.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain a two-axis driving device free from interference between driving forces in driving directions by providing an interference adjusting means which applies a desired proportion of the driving force in one axial direction in the other axial direction and leaking and cancelling driving forces in driving directions which interfere with each other. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting screw 13 is provided with a worm 14, and a pinion 15 is formed on a beam 59Y2. When the adjusting screw 13 is turned with screws 12a and 12b loosened, a holder 11 and the beam 59Y2 are relatively rotated, and therefore, the direction of an arrow 16 F of the driving force of a voice coil 513P is changed to the direction of an arrow 17 F' and the driving force is applied in the direction of an arrow 18 F2' also by vector decomposition. Consequently, the leaked driving force is eliminated when a user turns the adjusting screw 13 to set the signal of a position detecting sensor to zero while driving only the voice coil 513P of the driving system. Thus, driving forces in driving directions which interfere with each other are intentionally leaked and cancelled to obtain the biaxial driving device free from mutual interference.

    • PURPOSE:To obtain an angular velocity which attenuates a disturbance vibration but does not attenuate an input angular velocity by providing a cylindrical case, a frame body and a disk-like diaphragm. CONSTITUTION:In a cylindrical case 11 of a cylindrical shape whose both ends are blocked, a vibration mechanism is held through a fixed beam member in the inside so that its detection axis and the center axis of the case coincide with each other. To both end faces of the case 11, disk-like diaphragms 12a, 12b formed from an elastic member are fixed through clamp plates 15a, 15b so that its center coincides with the detection axis of the vibration mechanism. A frame body 13 fixed to an object to be measured has a cylindrical part 13a whose diameter is larger than the outside diameter of the case 11, and the case 11 is contained in the cylindrical part 13a. According to this constitution, other vibration than the detection axis direction of the vibration mechanism is given to the frame body 13, the diaphragm 12 attenuates it, and does not attenuate only the vibration around the detection axis but propagates it to the vibration mechanism, mechanism, therefore, the influence by which other component than an input angular velocity being an object to be detected is mixed into a vibrating state is reeuced.

    • PURPOSE:To make, for example, a correction lens movable for a large distance so as to prevent a blur by setting the initial position at which a correcting optical system for preventing blur starts its movement not to the center of the movable of the system, but to one side of the area. CONSTITUTION:An actuator 19 is constituted as an image position correcting means which positions a correction lens 13 in the vertical direction by utilizing the balance between the magnetic action produced from a magnet 11 when a coil 10 is energized by means of a subtractor 6 and the pushing force of a spring 12. The initial position of the lens 13 is deviated in a prescribed direction so that a stroke necessary for preventing the occurrence of a blur can be obtained to the lens 13 before photographing operations are started after the lens 13 is maintained at the center of its movable area and a picture is apparently stopped by actually moving the lens 13. Therefore, the movable area of the lens 13 is made winder by the quantity deviated in the prescribed direction as compared with the case where the lens 13 is maintained at the central position.
