    • PURPOSE: To enable accurate imprinting with an information imprinting device by adopting such a constitution that the surface of a film pressing plate facing the edge part of a film is inclined along the curled surface of the film. CONSTITUTION: The front surface of the film pressing plate 2 in a position facing a groove 1c is constituted as a slope 2a extended forward along the curled edge part of the film F. Therefore, a large gap provided in a conventional camera does not exist between the front surface of the film pressing plate 2 in a part where a hole 2b is made and the bottom edge part of the film F, so that a luminous flux for imprinting information which is emitted from the hole 2b to the film F can not be widely diffused outside the hole 2b. Thus, character information, a bar code, etc., can be accurately imprinted in the fixed position of the bottom edge part of the film F, that is, there is no danger of imprinting the character information and the bar code in a photographic picture frame.

    • PURPOSE:To enable discrimination between an exposed frame and an unexposed frame by providing an exposure state discriminating means for detecting whether film information is left written in the magnetic storage part of a frame indexed by a frame indexing means so as to discriminate whether the frame is exposed or unexposed. CONSTITUTION:When a cartridge C with a partially used film F enclosed therein is reloaded, an exposure state discriminating means starts the winding of the film F by a film feed motor 8 and also drives a magnetic head H to detect whether film information is left written in the magnetic storage part T of a frame indexed by a photo-reflector so as to discriminate whether the frame is exposed or unexposed. In the case of film information being left written in the magnetic storage part T of the indexed frame, this frame is discriminated as the unexposed frame, and in the case of no film information is written, this frame is discriminated as the exposed frame. The discrimination between the exposed and unexposed frames can be thus performed in a different system from the existing one.

    • PURPOSE:To accurately perform an image stabilizing operation by preventing any working directions driving a biaxial correction optical system from coinciding with the gravity direction when the two-dimensional positional deviation on a photographic screen is separated to two axes intersecting orthogonally with each other and corrected. CONSTITUTION:This device is provided with first and second driving means 51 and 61 which drive the correction optical system. The driving means 51 and 61 are arranged in such a manner that the working directions I and J are orthogonal will each other and the direction of the normal photographing posture is not made coincident with the gravity direction G. An angular velocity indicator which detects angular deviation of the photographic optical axis C in the directions I and J, detects deviations in the directions I and J, that is, angular velocities ai and aj, respectively, by the use of li and lj, respectively. Thus, the influence of the gravity, and the change in the external disturbance factor in the deviation preventing control can be prevented, and the image stabilizing operation is accurately performed.

Namely, the force with which the cam 51 and the cam follower 41 are made to abut on is allowed to act between the cam 51 or the member which moves integrally with the cam and the cam follower 41 or the member which moves integrally with the cam follower, so that the component force in the cam rotating direction caused by the abutting force is prevented from occurring. Thus, a load applied to a driving means which is in the middle of the image stabilizing action is reduced and the accurate image stabilizing action is performed with low power consumption.

    • PURPOSE:To eliminate an adverse effect due to linear acceleration and to generate a correct output from a control circuit by a construction wherein an angular accelerometer detecting angular acceleration from rotational displacement of a seesaw detects the angular acceleration from the respective outputs of displacement detecting means provided on two arms of the seesaw respectively. CONSTITUTION:An angular accelerometer is mounted on a lens-barrel element of a camera, and infrared emission diodes 18 and 25 are provided between permanent magnets 12 and 15, while light-sensing elements 22 and 26 formed of silicon photocells SPC are provided at positions in the direction wherein a slit plate 35 is held therebetween. A light-sensing part 22a of this SPC 22 and a light-sensing part 26a of the SPC 26 are put in axial symmetry with each other on the opposite sides of an axis 43, and a light-sensing part 22b of the SPC 22 and a light-sensing part 26b of the SPC 26 of the SPC 22 and a light-sensing part 26b of the SPC 26 are also put in the positional relationship of the axial symmetry with each other. The SPC 22 and the SPC 26 as displacement detecting means are provided on each of arms of a seesaw, a pendulum driving element and the displacement detecting means etc. are put in one set. and only the angular displacement of a pendulum is detected, while the means made immune to the displacement in the direction of the translation.
