摘要： PURPOSE:To release the bite of a gear at a detaching time by bringing the projection part of a shutter fluctuated between the protecting position and the retreating position of a photosensitive drum into contact with a cam surface and opening the shutter by resisting to a torsion coil spring. CONSTITUTION:As for a shutter mechanism 24 protecting the exposed part of the photosensitive drum from external light and dust, the torsion coil spring 24f is engaged with the projection part projectingly formed from the supporing part of a shaft presser 24d turnably supporting a shutter arm 24a and angular moment is imparted to the arm 24a. Therefore, when a process cartridge is loaded in an image forming device, the mechanism 24 is automatically opened. Besides, when the cartridge is taken out, a shutter joint 24b is regulated by the turning regulation part of the arm 24a by the pressing force of the spring 24f. Simultaneously, a shutter part 24c is regulated by the turning regulation part 24b2 of the joint 24b. Then, the mechanism 24 is automatically fully opened.

摘要： PURPOSE:To simplify a power feeding system and to miniaturize a device by arranging the contact positions of an electrical conductive member for a developing bias and an electrical conductive member for a ground at a position where they are not superposed by being faced to the inserting direction of a process cartridge. CONSTITUTION:On the process cartridge B, a contact point for an electrical conductive drum ground brought into contact with a photosensitive drum, a contact point for an electrical conductive developing bias brought into contact with a developing sleeve and a contact point for an electrical conductive electrostatic charge bias brought into contact with an electrostatic charge roller are provided by being exposed from the lower surface of a lower frame body. Besides, the points of the respective contacts brought into contact with contact pins 27a-27c on a device main body side are arranged at the positions where they are not superposed by being faced to the inserting direction of the cartridge B. That means, the contact points can be constituted so that they are not influenced by the loading action of the cartridge B by arranging the contact for an electrostatic charge bias at the position where it does not interfere with the pin for a drum ground 27a and the pin for a developing bias 27b and arranging the contact point for a drum ground at the position where it does not interfere with the pin for a developing bias 27b.

Then, the left and the right side walls of the frame 15 are coupled by the guide part 15j, the bus 10g, the holding part 15n of a fixing device and the holding part 15f so as to obtain such beam structure that the rigidity of the frame 15 is held. Thus, assembling accuracy can be improved and vibration generated when a motor 20 is driven can be also reduced.

Therefore, the image carrier 3 is easily recycled and reused in proportion as the separation of the photosensitive body 30 from the flange part 31 is facilitated.

The coupling part 18a and the driven transmission gear part 18b of the drum gear 18 are integrally molded together by using different materials. This constitution improves a strength of coupling with the driven member and provides an increased life for the drive transmission gear 18b.
