CONSTITUTION:When a flow rate increases from a stable state, a resistance value of the first temperature dependence resistance 1 is reduced, voltage VE of a point E becomes small, and voltage VG of an output point G of the first attenuator 43 becomes small, as well. When a temperature of a fluid is constant, a state of the second voltage current transducer 42 is not varied, and voltage VB of a point B is not varied. An output of an error amplifier 44 increases, output voltage VK of the second attenuator 45 becomes large, and each current flowing to the temperature dependence resistances 1, 2 increases. The voltage VB becomes large, but the increase quantity of the voltage VG is larger, and in a state that the voltage VB becomes equal to the voltage VG, that is to say, in a state that a temperature difference DELTAT between the temperature dependence resistance 1, 2 becomes equal to a set value, the device becomes stable. The flow rate is derived from output voltage of the error amplifier 44.
