摘要： PURPOSE: To obtain a method for detecting a gas leaking part of new and existing embedded pipe. CONSTITUTION: A detection pipe 3 filled with liquid is laid along the longitudinal direction of an embedded pipe 2 covered with water closely to the outside thereof. A submersible microphone is inserted into the detection pipe 3 and moved through the detection pipe 3 thus detecting leakage of gas from the embedded pipe 2. Only the specific frequency components (e.g. 1-5kHz) of the sound containing noise caught by the submersible microphone are passed to a signal processor where it is processed to detect gas leakage from the embedded pipe 2.

And, cooling water supply holes 7 are uniformed provided on its inner surface in a circumferential direction. It is cooled from an outer periphery of the film 4, simultaneously pressurized by cooling water and brought into close contact with a surface of the cylinder 3. Thus, ununiformity of wrinkle, thickness of the film 4 is prevented, and adhesive properties with the layer 2 is upgraded.

摘要： PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To maintain corrosion or stain proofing property that is maintenance-free for a long time by placing, on the surface of the metallic base material in a corrosive environment, a corrosion and stain proofing thin metallic sheet directly weldable to a base material, seam welding the circumference and hermetically sealing it. SOLUTION: A corrosion resistant or stain proofing thin metallic sheet 2 having a thickness of 0.1mm or more but less than 1mm is placed on the target part to be coated on the surface of a metallic base material 1, with its outer circumferential end 3 hermetically sealed by means of indirect resistance seam welding. The thin metallic sheet 2 need to be selected from those directly weldable to the metallic base material 1; if the metallic base material 1 is common steel and intended for corrosion proofing, the sheet 2 is selected from Monel stainless steel; if intended for stain proofing, from copper alloy and the like. Moreover, in view of strength, workability and cost effectiveness, the thickness is set to be 0.1mm or more but less than 1mm, desirably in the range of 0.3 to 0.5mm. As necessary, the middle part, as well as the outer circumferential end part 3, of the metallic sheet 2 placed on the metallic base material 1 is also joined in grid shape by resistance seam welding.
