    • PURPOSE:To detect abnormal conditions to make it possible to take various actions against said conditions by judging whether electricity is normally generated by means of a judging means, giving warnings when an abnormal condition has occurred by means of a warning means, and forcibly stopping the feed water operation effected by feed water means by means of a stopping means. CONSTITUTION:When a user or the termination of use has been detected at a microcomputer 44, a solenoid valve (main valve) is opened to feed water. Further a water turbine rotates to actuate a generator 10 and the output waveforms of the generator 10 are converted to pulse waves at a waveform shaping circuit 65. When pulse waves are not inputted from the circuit 65, it is judged an abnormal condition has occurred, in which water does not flow due to water failure or the generator 10 does not generate electricity due to the trouble of the generator 10. In this case, the solenoid valve is closed to shut off feed of water and the action of a user-detecting sensor is stopped. As a result, consumption of useless power is avoided until facilities have been repaired, thereby preventing batteries from totally discharging.

    • PURPOSE:To facilitate the detection of deterioration in a secondary battery by making a dynamo charge the secondary battery when a capacitance shortage detecting means detects a shortage of a capacity of the secondary battery. CONSTITUTION:A battery 42 uses a nickel-cadmium battery as chargeable secondary battery and an output of a dynamo 10 is inputted into the battery 42 after subjected to a whole wave rectification with a whole wave rectifier 43. Resistances 65 and 66 are connected to the battery 42 while a voltage value to be divided with the resistances 65 and 66 is inputted into an input port 67 of a microcomputer 44 to detect shortage of capacity of the battery 42. Then, when the shortage of capacity of the battery 42 is detected (by a capacity shortage detecting means, control means and judging means), the microcomputer 44 lets the dynamo 10 charge the battery 42 and when the shortage of capacity is detected again within a fixed time after the charging of the battery 42, the battery 42 is determined to be unable to be charged. As a result, a drop in charging/discharging capacity is detected by the life of the battery 42 only by a soft processing of the microcomputer 44 without providing a load for drop in voltage especially.

    • PURPOSE:To detect the flow rate based on the revolution speed with high precision by correcting the revolution speed of a power generator according to the variation of the load when the charging electric current of a battery for charging the output of the power generator which is driven by a vane wheel in a flow passage of a water cock is restricted. CONSTITUTION:A vane wheel (a) and a power generator (b) driven by the vane wheel (a) are installed in a flow passage of a water cock. Power generation is carried out in the power generator (b), and the flow passage quantity is detected by a means (g) on the basis of the revolution speed of the power generator (b). In this constitution, the charged state of a battery (load) (c) is detected by a means (d). Further, the charging electric current of the battery (c) is restricted by a means(e) on the basis of the charged state of the battery (c). Further, when the load (c) of the power generator (b) varies because of the restriction of the charging electric current of the battery (c), the revolution speed of the power generator (b) which is varied by the variation of the load (c) is corrected by a means (f). Then, the flow rate is detected with high precision according to the corrected revolution speed.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain an automatic dial telephone set in which a telephone number is entered in voice. SOLUTION: A telephone number entered by the voice of the user is recognized by a voice recognition section 11, a numeral string recognized is used for voice information by a voice synthesis section 13 and it is recognized by the user. The voice input is recognized as a voice by each block of 2 to 5 digits and confirmed through voice synthesis. The user depresses a switch corresponding to the start of entry and confirmation of the synthesized voice, it is recognized by a switch input reception section 12, and a command is given to the voice recognition section 11 to command voice recognition. Furthermore, a command is given to a memory section 14 and an entered numeral string confirmed to be correct is stored. When the entry of all the numbers is confirmed, the stored number string in the memory section 14 is sent to a dial section 15, and a telephone circuit section 16 sends it to a telephone line 17 as a dial signal.
