    • PURPOSE:To simplify the constitution and to improve the reliability by parallel setting a spring put-in body and an end plug put-in body in sub-chamber, setting to the same axis of a coating tube by lining up them in order, inserting the coating tube into a main chamber with a pushing-out means and inserting the spring into the other pushing-out means. CONSTITUTION:The sub-chamber in a supplying device 200 is closely connected with the main chamber 100. The coating tube 12 pierced with a holded rotating device 400 and a rotating seal device 300, is inserted into the main chamber 100 only at filter metal tool side. After vacuum-venting the sub-chamber of a vacuum-venting device 500, the inner part of both chambers is substituted with low pressure helium gas by using a helium gas pressurizing device 600. The filter metal tool is pulled out with a filter metal tool pulling-out device 130 and discharged to out of the main chamber 100 with a filter metal tool discharging device 150. The spring 14 is inserted into the coating tube 12 with the supplying device 200. The end plug 15 is primarily pressed in the other end of the coated tube 12 with the supplying device 200. The end plug 15 is welded to the circumference of the coated tube 12 with a welding machine 110 while rotating the coating tube 12 with a holding and rotating device 400 and helium gas is discharged.

    • PURPOSE:To reduce slipping and scratching by arranging a pinch roller to face to one of guide rollers. CONSTITUTION:A pinch roller 8 is arranged to face to a guide roller 7 among guide rollers 2-7 to guide an endless belt 1 around a winding shaft 18, and both rollers 7 and 8 are connected to a reduction gear 22 and a motor 23 through universal joints 21. The revolution speed of the motor 23 is controlled for synchronizing the rolling speed of both rollers 7 and 8 with the winding speed of a metal strip 9. In this construction, the metal strip 9 guided through a space between guide rollers 2 and 4 to be winded is given a tension by the movement of the guide roller 6 and pressed between the guide roller 7 and the pinch roller 8. It is then lapped and attached to the endless belt 1 to be rotated in a fixed speed through the guide roller 2, and wound up firmly by the winding shaft 18. Since the speed of the endless belt 1 to be sent through a guide roller 2 is synchronized with the winding speed of the metal strip 9, the expected purpose can be attained.

    • PURPOSE:To make possible the strip of low hardness to be coiled at relatively high temperatures without causing slip between the belt and the strip, by making the steel made belt of wrapper for wrapping the metallic strip to be the finite form, and by driving the belt synchronously with the strip. CONSTITUTION:An end of the finite belt 1, being guidingly rotated by the guide rollers 2-4, is connected to the coiling shaft 12, which is turned by the motor 14, and the strip 15 is coiled to the coiler 11. With fatting of the coiled belt, the motor 14 is controlled by the controllers 16, 17, and the coiling speeds of the strip and the belt are snychronized. Though the uncoiling shaft 19 is pulled by the belt and rotates, the rotation of motor 21 is restrained by the magnetic brake 22; and with thinning of coiled belt, the belt tension is controlled by the air brake 20 through the roller 25, cam 26, etc. After completing the coiling of strip 15, entire belt wrapper is retreated by the cylinder 6, and the belt is reversely turned into the initial direction B by motors 14, 21.
