    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system for setting and releasing a dynamic virtual private network, that solves the difficulty in a static VPN(virtual private network) setting, to secure the security in the case of realizing an external line call and an incoming call service between inter-VPN extensions, although there is no particular problem in the range of utilizing an extension phone service within a VPN.
      SOLUTION: The system generates a VPN exclusively for calls on the occurrence of the calling, allows an IP phone gateway and an IP phone terminal associated with the speech of the call dynamically pertaining to the VPN, allows IP phone gateway and an IP phone terminal associated with the speech of the call, to dynamically exclude from the VPN, when the call is finished and deletes the VPN.

    • PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To permit the user of a communication terminal to easily start communication with the other communication terminal connected to an internet, through a public telephone network by permitting an originating/incoming server to decide an incoming route and to execute relaying by means of the designation of the telephone number of an incoming-side communication terminal. SOLUTION: The originating/incoming server is constituted of a memory 211, CPU 212 executing the processing of communication control, and an accumulation device 213 storing mapping information and routing information. Furthermore, a communication network interface control part 214 for executing communication in Internet, and the public telephone network and an inner bus 215 are provided. Routing information of the accumulation device 213 is registered, corresponding to the area code of the telephone number. It contains information on the originating/incoming server covering the area of the area code and information on the communication route to the originating/incoming server. CPU 212 realizes the function of the communication network interface control part 214 by executing the communication program of the memory 211. Thus, the route of the communication terminal can be decided, based on the telephone number of the incoming-side with such constitution.

    • PURPOSE:To allow the user to select an available communication class by judging the availability of voice communication and of data communication based on measured communication quality and judging a possible highest modulation demodulation speed when the data communication is available. CONSTITUTION:A reception circuit 104 sends a signal level to a communication quality judging circuit 106, which judges the communication quality from electric field strength information and numerizes the quality as, e.g. 10-step evaluation and stores the result to an internal register in a form decoded by a CPU 116. The relation between the electric field strength and the communication quality is registered in advance in the circuit 106. Upon the request of the user, the CPU 116 reads a value of the register in the circuit 106 and displays the availability of data communication, that of voice communication and a maximum data communication speed when the data communication is available onto a display device 120 according to the value. The communication quality expressed in the 10-step evaluation is stored in a memory 117 as data after an evaluation experiment is implemented. The CPU 116 references the data and makes evaluation. The user receives the data to implement the communication.

And the compression route of the voice data is decided to a route 11 in a non-compression mode, a route 12 in a compression mode, and a route 13 in compression/magnification mode based on an instruction from the user. And the route 12 is set for a voice on which no voice editing processing is applied, and it is accumulated in a RAM 38 and an external memory device 33 accompanying by compression via the circuit 40. Also, the route 13 is set for the compression/magnification processing of accumulated voice data, and it is processed with the SIO 39 and the circuit 40. Thereby, it is possible to reduce the memory capacity of the RAM 38 and the device, and also, hardware can be effectively used, and the processing efficiency of the processor MPU 36 for voice storage control can be improved.
