The connecting part electrically connects the other end of an earth wire having one grounded end to the carbon panel. By the connection, the carbon panel is grounded via the connecting part and the earth wire, and thereby the resistance value becomes stable to be grounded via the carbon panel.

      SOLUTION: In the structure that in which a wire-side terminal 8 is able to connect/disconnect with a battery-side terminal 2, an insulated protrusion 4' is installed beside the battery in parallel with the battery-side terminal as a temporary holding portion to be engaged with an opening 8a of the wire-side terminal. The protrusion portion 4 and an insulated cap portion 3, in which the battery-side terminal is housed, are provided on an insulated plate 5. Flange portions 6 are formed on the plate 5 to be engaged with side faces 1d of the battery 1. The protrusion portions 4 or 4' are formed to be gradually tapered off toward their tips.
