摘要： A transfer unit is configured for use with a form, fill and seal packaging machine. The transfer unit receives a partially erected carton from a first station in a tubular form, conveys the carton to a second station, and conveys the carton from the second station to a third station. The transfer unit includes a hub defining a longitudinal hub axis and configured for rotational movement about the hub axis. A plurality of car pairs are mounted to the hub for longitudinal movement along the hub. Each of the car pairs includes first and second cars, each of which has first and second mandrels mounted thereto. The mandrels are configured to receive a partially erected carton. Each mandrel has a mandrel axis and is rotational about its respective axis. The mandrel axes are perpendicular and tangential to the hub axis. A drive longitudinally moving the car pairs along the hub and rotationally moves the mandrels about their respective mandrel axes, about 90 degrees, between an untwisted position and a twisted position.

The device for closing the rear flap comprises a rod (32) for straightening the rear flap, that is pivoted on said head (26) and can be commanded to rotate from a substantially horizontal rest position to a vertical working position and to translate in the same direction as the boxes advancement to carry out the straightening of the rear flap, a touching group (37) vertically mobile that can be commanded to descend towards said support surface (1) up to a position depending on the height of the box and a lever (42) pivoted on said touching group (37) downstream from said straightening rod (32) and flexibly kept in an angular position suitable for meeting with its inclined surface (69), during the descent of the touching group (37), the straightened rear flap and thus to cause the movement of the flap in closing position (Figure 1).

摘要： A carton conveyer for a packaging machine has upper and lower flights to which sets of flight lugs are attached. Each set of flight lugs comprises leading flight lugs and trailing flight lugs and the leading flight lugs have recesses that face and oppose recesses on the trailing flight lugs. The recesses are formed to confine an open carton therebetween. Notches are formed in the flight lugs in such a way that movement of the leading and trailing flight lugs toward one another causes an un-erected carton between the lugs to be captured and erected.

摘要： A device for closing and sealing containers (2) made of heat-weldable plastic material, having a bottom (3) open, picked up open from a feeding station (18) of a packaging machine (100) and transferred closed to a removal station (17), includes: a working carousel (10) rotating and supporting a plurality of pliers assemblies (20), positioned along the perimeter of the working carousel (10) and fit for supporting and stopping at least a container (2), squeezing the bottom (3) thereof, in such a way to carry out a bottom portion (4), in correspondence of a closing condition (B) of said container; a plurality of heating stations (15), radially positioned around the working carousel (10) including melting means assembly (60) and fit for melting the bottom portion (4) of each container (2). The working carousel (10) is fit for rotating the plurality of the pliers assemblies (20) transferring the containers (2) to the removal station (17) through the plurality of heating stations (15) which plastically mould the melted bottom portion (4), compressing this latter according to a direction almost transversal to the longitudinal axis of the container (2). The plurality of heating stations (15) have an oscillatory motion having direction approximately radial with respect to the working carousel (10), in such a way to led the melting means assemblies (60) contacting the bottom portion (4), in correspondence of an heating condition (E) of said melting means assemblies (60).

摘要： Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Aufrichten einer Faltbox, welche Faltbox in aufgerichtetem Zustand einen Boden (128), zwei parallele, erste Seitenwände bildende Knickwände, und zwei parallele, zweite Seitenwände bildende Klappwände (130) aufweist, mit Einspannmitteln (22) zum Festhalten der Faltbox, mit Entknickmitteln (28) zum Entknicken der Knickwände, mit Schwenkmitteln (24) zum Schwenken der Klappwände. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Schwenkmittel Schwenkarme (54) aufweisen, die die Klappwände bei im wesentlichen entknickten Knickwänden in ihre aufgerichtete Position verschwenken. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung eine Vorrichtung zum Zusammenfalten einer Faltbox, welche Faltbox in aufgerichtetem Zustand einen Boden, zwei parallele, erste Seitenwände bildende Knickwände, und zwei parallele, zweite Seitenwände bildende Klappwände aufweist, mit Einspannmitteln zum Festhalten der Faltbox, mit Knickmitteln zum Knicken der Knickwände, mit Schwenkmitteln zum Schwenken der Klappwände. Die Erfindung zeichnet sich dadurch aus, daß die Schwenkmittel Schwenkarme aufweisen, die die Klappwände in eine im wesentlichen parallel zum Boden verlaufende Position verschwenken. Weiterhin betrifft die Erfindung ein Verfahren zum Aufrichten einer Faltbox mit den Schritten: eine Faltbox wird an ihrem Boden festgehalten, die Knickwände werden an ihrem dem Boden der Faltbox abgewandten Ende erfaßt, das erfaßte obere Ende der Knickwände wird um die Höhe der Knickwände im aufgerichteten Zustand vom Boden der Faltbox beabstandet, die Klappwände werden in ihre aufgerichtete Position verschwenkt, der festgehaltene Boden der Faltbox und die erfaßten Enden der Knickwände werden losgelassen.
