    • The invention relates to a method for filling a tube (3) with a paste, ointment, gel or cream (4). Said tube (3) consists of a tubular or conical casing produced from a flexible material. At its one end the tube has a closable filling opening (9) and at the end opposite said filling opening (9) the tube is closed. Once the paste, ointment, cream (4) or the gel have been filled into the tube, the filling opening (9) is flattened at least in its marginal zone, the inner volume of the tube is reduced by means of a die (11) that deforms the casing and the filling opening (9) is closed. During the steps of flattening and closing the filling opening (9) the inner volume of the tube (3) is simultaneously reduced. The inventive method provides an inexpensive, simple and unproblematic means for reducing the volume of the remaining gas-filled space in the closed tube that requires only slight modifications to the filling installation and no modifications at all to the filling process or to the tube as such.

    • A device for closing and sealing containers (2) made of heat-weldable plastic material, having a bottom (3) open, picked up open from a feeding station (18) of a packaging machine (100) and transferred closed to a removal station (17), includes: a working carousel (10) rotating and supporting a plurality of pliers assemblies (20), positioned along the perimeter of the working carousel (10) and fit for supporting and stopping at least a container (2), squeezing the bottom (3) thereof, in such a way to carry out a bottom portion (4), in correspondence of a closing condition (B) of said container; a plurality of heating stations (15), radially positioned around the working carousel (10) including melting means assembly (60) and fit for melting the bottom portion (4) of each container (2). The working carousel (10) is fit for rotating the plurality of the pliers assemblies (20) transferring the containers (2) to the removal station (17) through the plurality of heating stations (15) which plastically mould the melted bottom portion (4), compressing this latter according to a direction almost transversal to the longitudinal axis of the container (2). The plurality of heating stations (15) have an oscillatory motion having direction approximately radial with respect to the working carousel (10), in such a way to led the melting means assemblies (60) contacting the bottom portion (4), in correspondence of an heating condition (E) of said melting means assemblies (60).

    • A pliers device for closing and moulding the bottom portion of containers (2), made of heat-weldable plastic material and having a bottom (3) open, is coupled to a packaging machine and includes:

      a support (23);
      inner pliers (21), whose jaws are connected to a couple of inner shafts (24) rotatably supported by the support (23);
      external pliers (22), whose jaws are connected to a couple of external shafts (25), coaxial to the respective inner shafts (24) and supported by the support (23), and shaped in such a way to internally include said inner pliers (21);
      an envelope seat (26) fit for housing at least a container (2) and removably connected to the support (23);

      The inner pliers (21) are moved by rotating the couple of inner shafts (24) from an inner opening condition (A), in which each container (2) is inserted into or disengaged from the envelope seat (26), to the closing condition (B), in which said inner pliers (21) squeeze the bottom (3) of each container (2).
      The external pliers (22) are moved by rotating the couple of external shaft (25) from an external opening condition (C), in which the jaws of the external pliers (22) are not in contact with the container (2), to a moulding condition (F), in which said external pliers (22) are closed over the inner pliers (21), so plastically moulding the bottom portion (4) of each container (2).

    • Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren zum rückseitigen Befüllen eines Klebstoffspenders mit einem Aufnahmebehälter, der von einem eingeschobenen Bodenteil (4) dicht verschlossen ist, der seinerseits mit einer Öffnung (64) versehen ist, die durch einen Verschluß (68) dicht verschließbar ist. Nach dem Verfahren wird zunächst der Aufnahmebehälter mit dem Klebstoff durch die noch freie endseitige Öffnung des Aufnahmebehälters befüllt, dann wird der Bodenteil (4) in den Aufnahmebehälter eingeschoben und mit diesem dicht verbunden, während der Einschubbewegung des Bodenteils (4) in den Aufnahmebehälter wird aus diesem verdrängte Luft durch die Öffnung (64) im Bodenteil (4) herausgelassen und in der Endphase der Einschubbewegung des Bodenteils (4) in den Aufnahmebehälter wird dessen freie Öffnung (64) durch den Verschluß (68) irreversibel abgedichtet. Gemäß der Vorrichtung ist eine Verrastung (Rastwulst 40) des Bodenteils im Aufnahmebehälter vorgesehen.
