摘要： A relay contactor is provided and includes input and output leads (310,320), a shaft assembly (330), an actuator (340) and first and second bearing assemblies (360,370). The shaft assembly includes a shaft (331), a plate (332) disposed on the shaft and an elastic element (333). The shaft and the plate are movable between an open position at which the plate is displaced from the input and output leads and a closed position at which the plate contacts the input and output leads. The actuator is coupled to the shaft at a first side of the plate and is configured to selectively move the shaft and the plate into the closed position in opposition to bias applied by the elastic element. The first and second bearing assemblies are disposed to movably support the shaft at the first side and at a second side of the plate, respectively.

摘要： Soft-start systems and methods for vehicle starters are provided. Embodiments provide a solenoid including: a first coil that receives power when an ignition switch is closed; a first plunger actuated when the first coil receives power; a first terminal configured to be abutted by a contact bar of the first plunger; a second coil that receives power when the contact bar of the first plunger abuts the first terminal; a second plunger actuated when the second coil receives power; and a second terminal configured to be abutted by a contact bar of the second plunger. Such a solenoid is configured to provide power at a first level to an attached motor when the contact bar of the first plunger abuts the first terminal and at a second level that is higher than the first level when the contact bar of the second plunger abuts the second terminal.

摘要： There is provided an electromagnetic contactor unit capable of firmly connecting electromagnetic contactors without influencing outer dimensions when the electromagnetic contactors are connected to each other. The electromagnetic contactor unit is adapted to connect at least two juxtaposed electromagnetic contactors (2a, 2b) using a connection piece (42). The electromagnetic contactor includes an attachment hole (41a) which is formed in each corner of an attachment plate portion, a piece accommodation concave portion (43) which is formed above the attachment hole, accommodates a half portion of the connection piece such that the connection piece fits within an outer dimension, and is opened in a connection surface with the adjacent electromagnetic contactor, and a locking portion (44) which is formed in the piece accommodation concave portion and locks the connection piece. The connection piece includes a pair of engagement protrusions (42b, 42c) which are individually engaged with the adjacent attachment holes of the juxtaposed electromagnetic contactors, and a locked portion (42k) which is locked by the locking portion.

摘要： A reversible unit (20) is provided with a pair of interlock plates (21, 22) which are detachably connected to operation indication pieces (4a, 4b) of a pair of electromagnetic contactors (1a, 1b) and which can move in the same direction as the movement direction of the operation indication pieces, a lock piece (23) which connects the pair of interlock plates (21, 22), a first normally-closed contact (24), and a second normally-closed contact (25). In a closing operation of one of the electromagnetic contactors (1a), the lock piece (23) allows one of the interlock plates (21) to move, and prohibits the movement of the other interlock plate (22). The first normally-closed contact (24) is connected in series in a power supply circuit to an exciting coil (6b) of the other of the electromagnetic contactors (1b), and one of the interlock plates (21) is provided with a first opening operation engagement portion (34) which opens the first normally-closed contact (24) when the interlock plate (21) moves.
