    • A method for assembling an arc-extinguishing chamber of an electromagnetic contactor is provided which is capable of easily assembling an arc-extinguishing chamber when the shape of a fixed contact is complicated. According to the method, an arc-extinguishing chamber of an electromagnetic contactor can be assembled by carrying out: a step of fixing a pair of fixed contacts (111) and (112), which is configured by a support conductor (114) and a C-shaped part (115), to a bottom plate part of a tub-shaped arc-extinguishing chamber (102) having an open end, this C-shaped part (115) configuring the inside of the arc-extinguishing chamber (102); a step of installing an insulation cover (121), which covers a part other than contact point parts, to the C-shaped part (115) of the pair of fixed contacts (111) and (112); and step of disposing a movable contact (130) so as to be able to come into contact with and separate from the contact point parts (118a) of the fixed contacts (111) and (112).

    • A reversible unit (10) is attached so as to straddle a pair of adjacently disposed electromagnetic contactors (1a) and (1b).
