摘要： A silver halide color photographic material comprising a support having thereon at least one silver halide emulsion layer, said silver halide emulsion layer containing a pyrazoloazole series magenta coupler represented by general formula [I]
wherein, R' and R 2 each represents a hydrogen atom or a substituent; and X represents a hydrogen atom or a releasing group which is released at the reaction with the oxidation product of an aromatic primary amine developing agent; at least one of said R' and R 2 is an alkyl group having a secondary or tertiary carbon atom directly bonded to the skeleton, at least one of said R, and R 2 is a sulfonamidoalkyl group or a sulfamoylalkyl group; and the magenta coupler may form a dimer or more polymer at the position of said R', R 2 or X. By the combined use of high boiling point organic solvent and ultraviolet absorbent, light fastness and coloring property are markedly improved.

wherein R' and R Z , which may be the same or different, each represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an aryl group, provided that both R' and R' do not represent hydrogen atoms atthe same time; Z' represents a methine group, a substituted methine group orthe group-N=; and Q represents an atomic group which contains a nitrogen atom, a sulfur atom or an oxygen atom and is necessary to form a 5-membered ora 6-membered heterocyclic ring together with the group-C=Z 1 -. The silver halide color photographic light-sensitive material can provide an excellent magenta color image without the occurrence of stain, even when the color photographic material is processed in a processing solution under the running condition.

摘要： Novel pyrazolo[3,2-c]-s-triazole compounds of the general formula:
wherein
R 1 is an aryl or substituted aryl group; R 2 is a tertiary alkyl group, which may be substituted; and I R 3 and =CHR 4 are moieties which are displaced when the coupler reacts with the oxidation product of a primary aromatic amino photographic silver halide color developing agent, give image dyes of good light stability upon undergoing that reaction. That light stability can be enhanced by certain tetraalkoxybenzenes. A novel synthesis of the compounds is provided, together with necessary intermediate compounds.
