摘要： A plurality (1) of plastic film bags, preferably bags for use as garbage bags, comprising, in flat condition a transverse weld 13 or 14 extending from a first lateral edge to a second opposed lateral edge to form a substantially straight bottom edge of the bag, an opening at the end opposed the closed bottom edge defined by an opening edge that in the open condition of the bag defines a curved shape 20 with alternating peaks and troughs, for instance a generally sinusoidal shape, and lateral gussets extending inwards from the first and second lateral edges, the plurality of bags constituting an integral strip of bags arranged such that a bottom edge of one bag abuts the bottom end of the next bag in the strip, the abutting bottom edges being separated by an intermediate line of perforations 15 extending from the first lateral edge to the second opposed lateral edge and substantially parallel to the bottom edges, and an opening of one bag abuts the opening of the next bag in the strip, the bags being folded along a longitudinal line of symmetry such that that the first lateral edge overlies the second lateral edge, the opening edge being defined by a series of perforations 20 extending through the strip and performed after the bags have been folded along said line of symmetry, the plastic film being made of a plastic material that is produced from recycled plastic material, for instance recycled polyethylene.

摘要： Bei einem Verfahren zur Herstellung von Beuteln (6) aus Kunststofffolie, insbesondere von Eiswürfelbeuteln, wird zunächst eine doppellagige Folienbahn (1, 2) zu einer Faltstation zugeführt, um dann mindestens einen Randabschnitt längs der Bewegungsrichtung der Folienbahn (1, 2) derart zu falten, dass die zwei äußeren Kanten (5) des Randabschnittes nach innen zwischen die zwei Folienbahnen (1, 2) zur Bildung eines randseitigen vierlagigen streifenförmigen Abschnittes (4) bewegt werden. Anschließend wird die Folienbahn (1, 2) zur Bildung von Beuteln (6) miteinander verschweißt, wobei im Bereich des vierlagigen Abschnittes (4) eine Öffnung (10) zur Befüllung des Beutels belassen wird, und ein Bereich zwischen zwei benachbarten Beuteln (6) perforiert wird, damit diese voneinander trennbar sind. Die so gebildete Bahn aus Beuteln (6) lässt sich auf einer Rolle 23 aufwickeln und platzsparend mit minimalem Verpackungsaufwand vertreiben.

摘要： There is provided a method for manufacturing pre-padded food-containing bag (10) by perforating across a continuous web (11) of flattened tubular thermoplastic material, forming an opening in a layer of the perforated web, separating the layers (13,14) of the web, inserting an absorbent pad (25) through the opening (20) into the inside of the tubular web and making a seal (30) across the tubular web (11) at predetermined lengths to form a bag (10). The result is that a continuous web of bags containing absorbent pads at discrete intervals. There is also provided an apparatus for carrying out the method.
