In one aspect, a pouch with internal support includes a flexible pouch including a fitment coupled to a flexible pouch body and at least one inner support piece coupled to the fitment and extending into the inside of the pouch through the interior of the fitment. The fitment includes a fitment inner engagement feature and the at least one inner support piece includes an inner support engagement feature and at least one inner support extending from the inner support engagement feature. The fitment inner engagement feature and inner support engagement feature are interlocked to keep the at least one inner support piece from falling into or out of the flexible pouch body.

摘要： A package (10) having a reclosable pour spout is disclosed, with the package comprising a front package panel (12), a rear package panel (14) and a pair of side gussets (16,18) joining respective opposite edges of said front panel (12) and said rear panel (14) to each other. A single reclosable fastener strip (30) extends from confronting inside surfaces of said front and rear panels along an inside surface of one of said gussets, said reclosable fastener strip having a generally W-shape prior to opening of said package, and being not attached to itself. Said single fastener strip (30) is configured for detachable connection to itself, to thereby form a reclosable pour spout (28) at an upper edge of said package after opening of said upper edge to form said pour spout. Said front and rear panels are sealed to each other and to said side gussets at said upper edge of said package, to form a sealed header, a portion of said sealed header being removable to form said pour spout.
