摘要： The preparation starts from dry and/or wet ingredients. The apparatus comprises at least one mixing - kneading - and heat treatment station (13, 14). The object of the invention is to provide a baking apparatus by means of which food products such as bread can be produced without any real manual work involved, without soiling vessels and utensils and which can be programmed so that a correct fermentation process under the right temperature conditions is provided. This has been achieved by the fact that in the mixing- and kneading station (13) there are arranged means (11) for holding and/or displacing at least one flexible vessel (12). e.g. a plastic bag, which contains or is intended to receive said ingredients, and that the mixing- and kneading means (87, 88) of the first station are arranged to mix the ingredients and work the mass located in the vessel (12) by outer mechanic agitation of the vessel.

摘要： This invention relates to a method of and an apparatus for making bread at home. For making flavorful bread in uniform quality through four seasons, conditions for kneading must be equal to each other regardless of the temperature difference in all seasons. To fulfil such a purpose as above, this invention intends to quickly adjust the dough temperature to roughly agree with the optimum kneading temperature by blow of warm air and cool air onto the dough after the start of kneading and then to keep a temperature of the dough under kneading at the same degree by suitable blow of warm air and cool air until the completion of kneading. A period of time for kneading is set at a certain length through the four seasons. Yeast is poured into the dough when the dough temperature reaches or exceeds a specified degree.

摘要： Bread ingredients and water are kneaded at the start of a bread making process, and the dough is rested. Susequently, dry yeast is added to the dough, and the dough with the added dry yeast is kneaded again. The dough is then allowed to ferment during which time a gas is released from the dough several times, the fermentation stage being followed by baking the dough. An automatic bread making apparatus has a yeast charger (54) for charging dry yeast into a kneading container (43). Thus, dry yeast can automatically be added to the kneaded dough without manual intervention.
