摘要： Charges accumulated in pixels contained in one or a plurality of readout object rows that form a partial region of a photodetecting region are selectively read out in each of the L times (L is an integer not less than 2) of imaging frames, and in each of the L times of imaging frames, resetting of charges accumulated in pixels contained in only a part of non-readout object rows is performed, as well as, resetting is performed at least once in a period of the L times of imaging frames for each of the two or more non-readout object rows. Accordingly, a control method for a solid-state imaging element capable of reducing the time required per one imaging frame and reducing load on the peripheral circuit when selectively reading out charges accumulated in pixels in a partial region of the photodetecting region is realized.

摘要： An image processing method is provided. The image sensor is controlled to output the merged image. The depth-of-field area is identified based on the merged image. The image sensor is controlled to output the color-block image. A first part of the color-block image within the depth-of-field area is converted into a first simulation image using a first interpolation algorithm. The second part of the color-block image outside the depth-of-field area is converted into a second simulation image using a second interpolation algorithm. The first simulation image and the second simulation image are merged to generate a simulation image corresponding to the color-block image.

摘要： An image processing method is provided. The method is configured to process the color-block image output by the image sensor. The face region of the color-block image is determined. A part of the color-block image beyond the face region is converted into a first simulation image using a first interpolation algorithm. A part of the color-block image within the face region is converted into a second simulation image using a second interpolation algorithm. The complexity of the second interpolation algorithm is less than that of the first interpolation algorithm. The first simulation image and the second simulation image are merged into a simulation image corresponding to the color-block image. An image processing apparatus and an electronic device are provided. With the image processing method, the image processing apparatus and the electronic device, distinguishability and resolution of the image are improved, and time required for processing the image is reduced.

The brightness area is identified in the color-block image. A first part of the color-block image within the brightness area is converted into a first image using a first interpolation algorithm. The method includes the following steps of: determining an output mode according to a mode selection instruction; controlling exposure of the photosensitive unit array and reading outputs of the photosensitive unit array, wherein pixel information of the plurality of photosensitive pixels of a same photosensitive unit is combined to be output when selecting a first output mode. The method can improve image quality. The present disclosure also discloses a phase focusing method, an image sensor, an imaging device, and a terminal.

摘要： A pixel array within an integrated-circuit image sensor is exposed to light representative of a scene during a first frame interval and then oversampled a first number of times within the first frame interval to generate a corresponding first number of frames of image data from which a first output image may be constructed. One or more of the first number of frames of image data are evaluated to determine whether a range of luminances in the scene warrants adjustment of an oversampling factor from the first number to a second number, if so, the oversampling factor is adjusted such that the pixel array is oversampled the second number of times within a second frame interval to generate a corresponding second number of frames of image data from which a second output image may be constructed.
