摘要： A power supply unit (PSU) supplies power to a load, and the power supply unit (PSU) includes a power factor corrector (PFC), a DC conversion module (CR_DC), and an isolated conversion module (CR_M). The power factor corrector (PFC) is plugged into a first main circuit board (CB_M1) and converts an AC power into a DC power. The DC conversion module (CR_DC) is plugged into the first main circuit board (CB_M1) and converts the DC power into a main power. The isolated conversion module (CR_M) includes a bus capacitor (Cbus), the bus capacitor (Cbus) is coupled to the DC conversion module (CR_DC) through a first power copper bar (BR_P1), and coupled to the power factor corrector (PFC) through a second power copper bar (BR_P2). The first power copper bar (BR_P1) and the second power copper bar (BR_P2) are arranged on a side opposite to the first main circuit board (CB_M1), and are arranged in parallel with the first main circuit board (CB_M1).

摘要： A planar transformer (2A) is configured on a multi-layer circuit board (CB 1) of a resonant converter (100). The planar transformer (2A) includes multiple layers of primary-side traces (Tp1), multiple layers of secondary-side traces (Ts1), and an iron core (C1). The primary-side traces (Tp1) serve as a primary-side coil (22A) of the transformer to generate a first direction magnetic flux (F_D1) when the resonant converter (100) operates. The secondary-side traces (Ts1) serve as a secondary-side coil (24A) of the transformer to generate a second direction magnetic flux (F_D2) when the resonant converter (100) operates. The primary-side traces (Tp1) and the secondary-side traces (Ts1) surround a first core pillar (C12) and the second core pillar (C14), and the primary-side traces (Tp1) and the secondary-side traces (Ts1) are configured in a specific stacked structure on the multi-layer circuit board (CB1), so that a magnetomotive force (MMF) of the planar transformer (2A) can maintain balance during the operation of the resonant converter (100).

摘要： There is described an asymmetric electronic half-bridge converter (10a). The electronic converter includes a positive input terminal (102a) and a negative input terminal (102b) for receiving a DC voltage ( V in ), and two output terminals (104a, 104b) for providing a regulated output voltage (V out ) or a regulated output current ( i out ). The electronic converter moreover includes a half-bridge (S 1 , S 2 ), a transformer (T) and a rectification and filter circuit (C RS , D, L o , C o ) . The half-bridge (S 1 , S 2 ) includes a first (S 1 ) and a second (S 2 ) electronic switch, connected in series between the two input terminals (102a, 102b), wherein a respective capacitance (C A1 , C A2 ) and a respective diode (D A1 , D A2 ) are associated with the first (S 1 ) and the second (S 2 ) electronic switch. A first terminal of the primary winding (T1) is connected to the intermediate point between the first (S 1 ) and the second (S 2 ) electronic switch, and a second terminal of the primary winding (T1) is connected via a first capacitor (C RP ) to the positive (102a) or negative (102b) input terminal. The rectification and filter circuit (C RS , D, L o , C o ) is connected between the secondary winding (T2) and the output terminals (104a, 104b).

摘要： Phase angle detection techniques for phase-cut dimming lighting circuitry are disclosed. A phase-cut lighting driver circuit may include galvanic isolation circuitry having a primary and secondary side. The phase angle information of a phase-cut signal may be detected on the secondary side of the driver circuitry, and a microcontroller can create a dimming signal that adjusts the driver output power according to the phase angle information. In some embodiments, the phase angle detection techniques may be utilized to control the output of lighting driver circuitry, such as a phase-cut dimming LED driver.
